They are reliable with easy in-store service - giving you the time and space you need to look around and decide, bring home swatches, available for questions and make sure you know their best deals. Installation has always been good and professional.

We called and requested that someone come out because you could see the glue coming out from under the flooring. To date no one has came out and several calls have been made to no avail.

The carpet and the flooring is acceptable, but the cleanup was not. The baseboards were not clean and there were marks on them and the paint needed to be retouched and the entire house had just been freshly painted. I was a little bit disappointed with the vinyl floor. Even though the wood would have been a little more expensive, I wish I would have paid the difference and gone with the wood.

Todd and the store staff were great to work with. In addition to excellent customer service, I came to know each employee I dealt with as a friend. I love my new carpet and tile. A big "Thank You" to all for being so helpful and patient with me during the product selection process.

The team worked hard to order the product we wanted and get it installed quickly and properly, They stood behind the product and their workmanship resolving issues that arose in a timely, complete manner. Price was competitive, but installers showed up with the wrong laminate at 2pm (they were supposed to be there by 10). So then we had to reorder. When the Carpeting arrived the next week, they didn't have enough because they hadn't included the closet ( we specifically requested carpet for both closets, not just one). The two sets of installers were knowledgeable, polite and efficient. However in both cases, the amount of time that the salesman estimated for the job was substantially less than what it actually took.
Because they had to reschedule, I ended up taking a third day off my job costing me another full day's pay. Brewer did NOTHING! No call, no apology, nothing!
