I recently bought paint from your Basildon centre. The experience was ok. The reason I chose Basildon is due to the fact your staff at Chelmsford are extremely rude and arrogant. I hope to never have to shop there again.

Poor website information
Placed order on website for collection at local branch. Branch phoned following day to advise there would be a delivery charge because it was not a stock item. I found this unacceptable and cancelled the order. Website needs to show all charges applicable to an order.

Sales support Second to None!
Sales support was above and beyond what I would have expected after I made a mistake and ordered the incorrect OSMO oil. They even drove to Leigh on Sea to deliver it in person, saving me having to drive into Basildon. First class service and very nice blokes too!

Ordered click and collect paint. Ready to collect very quickly and paint as ordered. Staff polite & helpful. Only downside, had bit of problem finding where store located as didn’t know area and not everyone has GPS.
