Excellent First Order Experience
Visited the store for the first time and was really impressed. Had a huge selection with everything we needed. The staff were really friendly, helpful and only too happy to help. The 20% off our first order was a huge bonus as we needed a fair amount. This will be our go to place in the future.

First service experience
I did not receive a call to arrange collection from the store after placing my first web order and had to chase up myself. I did however receive good support from the regional manager on the call centre who arranged for the local manager to ring me which he did and also helped with additional items to be picked up today at the same time.
The goods were ready for collection today clearly labelled as advised.
Overall I am pleased with the service.
