Nice paint, poor delivery time
I liked the price and selection of colours in the paint I bought. The 10% voucher for new DIY account was nice. On my second order I ordered online and selected delivery for the next day. It didn't arrive. I emailed the Help team. I heard nothing. I contacted the Cardiff store to ask where it was. All I was told was that there was a software problem and was then told it would be delivered on a Monday. No apology offered.

Ordered Farrow and Ball paint online…easy
Ordered Farrow and Ball paint online. Seemed cheaper at Brewers than anywhere else. Paid online. Went to shop to collect before I had received the confirmation that it was ready for pick up. They were very helpful and mixed the paint for me straight away. Easy.
