Dorchester.
Lunchtime. Food acceptable but uninspiring and pricey for what was served. Had to chase up the order even though the place was not busy.

At the Boscombe location Chris who took our order at the bar was charming , patient and attentive .We wanted to adapt our order ,he took the time and trouble to make sure it would be just what we wanted .The food was excellent , the waiting time good , other staff were also very friendly and approachable.On the back of this we returned a week later and managed to see Chris again who was pleased to see us .Great experience, well done !

Friendly, serviceminded staff. Delicious vegan burgers, nicely presented. Good place to eat lunch and have a drink.

The food was underwhelming. Steak was over cooked. Rocket was lifeless and the original order was out of stock. Instead of making an effort to bridge their error they expected full price - we paid it but the quality of the food was substandard. Even the dessert was poor quality ingredients, which would be tolerable if it was reflected in the price. Previously eaten food here but given we had eaten elsewhere locally (Cowherds) for better quality and cheaper price (24hrs before) the event left us feeling ripped off. Service made little effort to personally engage and felt it was an effort to make the change.

Very poor food - steaks came out cold twice incorrectly cooked condiments empty gobby server could not be bothered to clear the table when we EVENTUALLY returned the second pair of cold steaks.
Couldnt care less attitude.
Ceo Kris Gumbrell couldnt even acknowledge complaint.
Sloppy rubbish food AVOID

Great food, beer and service from Marcus. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the beers.
Highly recommended.

Fantastic hosts catering for 15 of us celebrating an 18th birthday. Excellent food, Excellent venue and outstanding service from Mel (Melissa) Couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you for making it a wonderful evening.

Brewhouse Horsham- attended the beer masterclass yesterday and have to say it was one of if not the best I’ve attended. Head brewer Robin was excellent, informative, entertaining and a true professional in his field. Thanks for a great day Robin and look forward to stopping by for a pint soon.

My wife and I went to a beer experience in Milton Keynes and were treated by Bruno to a fantastic couple of hours of beer tasting. Dropping the knowledge and showing passion for the subject. He was a real ambassador for the brand. We will return due to lovely setting and great service. And the beer wasn't bad either 😉

Was at Bedford with work and had a great time. The tasting was informative and enjoyable. Really surprised how good the food was as well. Good night out, highly recommend.

We have been today for a Beer Masterclass and lunch and was an excellent experience, our host Andrew provide us with interesting information and give us a perfect beer craft tour along with the oportunity to taste 8 diferent kind of beer.
Definitely recommended.

We visited Brewhouse & Kitchen on Saturday 2nd October. We have visited the pub every Saturday after doing a course in Bedford. It has always been a lovely place to relax - but very disappointed on this particular Saturday. We ordered our drinks and sat on a table that was free there was no reservation card on it. We had only been there 5 or 10 minutes when a group of people walked in. I believe they are regulars as they are always in there when we get there. My husband said that as they walked through the door one of them was directly looking at us and shaking his head. They spoke to someone behind the bar. The next minute we are being asked to move as it was THEIR table !! Apparently someone should have put a reserved card on it. We were given no option but to move. Is this how Brewhouse & Kitchen like to treat there customers ? Or is it because you are a regular you get looked after. Disgusting. Looking back now we should have stood our ground and stayed sitting there. We will now be choosing another place to go and have a drink. I recently booked a Brewery Tour at this particular pub which wasn’t cheap. If you want to be treated as a valued customer don’t drink in this pub !

Visited Brewhouse & Kitchen in Southampton this evening and had a really enjoyable meal. Service was first class, food tasty and well presented, bill reasonable. Anna and Matt in particular were very attentive servers.

Alex was outstanding. One of the most professional and attentive wait staff I’ve encountered. He was really knowledgeable, friendly and make the whole dining/drinking experience much more enjoyable.
