I’ve dealt with Brian Thomas for 11…
I’ve dealt with Brian Thomas for 11 years where we’ve sold 2 properties and rented one out. We have just sold our house and moved. The staff have all been excellent from Sue & Sherrie in the office and Mike who sold our house within a week! We then had a problem with our buyer then Mike went out of his way while on a family holiday then found us another buyer and the sale went through in 6 weeks approx. I can’t rate Brian Thomas highly enough.

Excellent service
I would highly recommend Brian Thomas to anyone who is searching to buy a property with no hassle and unnecessary stress. What I particularly liked about them was that they manage to keep excellent communication with both seller and buyer. They absolutely stick to their word, no cut corners. Everything was so straightforward that it only took me 7 weeks from offer to completion! I am absolutely delighted with the result. Big thank you to Paul and Mike. You are great!

Many thanks to Mike Driver, Branch Manager at Brian Thomas Estate Agents in Chadwell Heath, for his assistance on our recent house purchase.
Despite technically being the seller's agent, Mike dealt with us in a friendly and respectful manner. He has a can-do attitude and seemed genuinely interested in ensuring that all parties fulfilled their objective.
