Good prices, quick delivery, items exactly as expected

I have been trying to contact them all month with a complaint about the condition in which I received my item, a rare, discontinued collector's Lego set, which was not properly protected and arrived in very poor condition.
I have contacted them through their website and by email, but I have not received any response.
I am very unhappy about the lack of protection for the item, as I expected better management from a shop specialising in discontinued Lego, and I am also unhappy about the silence in response to my complaints.

Pre order items arrived early so of course I am very happy. Checked the Lego with the omgbricks app and it correctly showed the mini figures in the boxes. It goes without saying original genuine Lego was sent and at a super price. Thank you all!

Bought several newly released sets and loads of polybags. Received timely shipping notifications and delivery updates from Royal Mail. I chose standard delivery as I wasn't in a rush and the order still arrived within 3 days. Unfortunately I had an issue with one of the items not being suitable for a smaller child. A quick check of their returns page and I sent the item back with no issues receiving a refund.

Overall, a pleasant experience and I'll be back after Christmas for some new January releases LEGO sets (hopefully).

I've bought loads of this chap with no problems but now I get a damaged set he doesn't want to know!
Finally he told me to return it which I did, he now claims it wasn't delivered to him despite tracking showing delivered.
Turns out this is not a proper business, Jason is a scammer working from a home address, just check out 69a Avon Road!
I've emailed with no reply, he simply ignores you.
Poor service and he's now lost a customer.

The only disappointment was signing up for a notification when a product was back in stock, and not getting one - I discovered it was back in stock by accident. Other than that, a great service as usual.

All well and good ordering - not the quickest to despatch HOWEVER, once the sets arrived BAB went silent - several emails sent, phone just rings...
The sets had obviously suffered water/damp damage and this was clearly not detailed on the website.
You learn from your experience but I would never use again mainly down to the non-existent after sales.

Lego set had multiple bags missing when I contacted Jason he told me to contact Lego for missing bags. I contacted Lego customer services and they told me because the set was retired I had to contact brick a brac back and they had to resolve the problem!! After many attempts contacting them back they stopped replying . I spent over £500 with there store and there customer service is absolutely appalling. I will never buy from them again and will instead buy elsewhere.

Ordered items, not dispatched after a month, sent multiple online forms, tried calling them, didn't hear a thing until I sent an email saying I would be requesting a chargeback from my bank. They then said the order was cancelled with no reason given. No refund has been issued. Avoid.
