I called to temporarily cancel my subscription for the 2 devices that I have because we had some major remodeling done and Trish helped me out by letting me know that my subscription charges are for every 3 months and gave me a few free months to help me out. I I hadn’t forgotten how to reboot and restart the Odyssey unit so I contacted Brickhouse security. Czarmaine was quick to response. Follow me through step-by-step to get my unit up and running and about a minute and a half there was no pressure or anxiety throughout this process. very accurate
very accurate, doesn't use 5g (which I love), and my 10 year old can stick the magnetic case right on his bike. we also live in northern minnesota where the temperature is currently 19° F and the tracker is unaffected! so far so good. does the job at a very affordable price. beats anything I'd find on Amazon that's for sure

When my mother somehow disconnected the tracker in her car, I had some difficulty getting it reconnected. I texted and spoke to Czarmaine who was very helpful and knowledgeable and walked me through reconnection step by step. Having the tracker on my mother's car is so very important because of her dementia and I felt like Czarmaine really cared. Thank you so much for your assistance and I would recommend this product and service to everyone!
