10/10 service from Bridgewater Windscreens. Despite some weather issues—heavy rain making the day a bit challenging so we had to wait until the following day—the job was completed brilliantly.
Julie was super helpful from the moment I made the enquiry. She answered all my questions, lined up a great slot, and kept me updated every step of the way. The lads who did the work were awesome, they got the windscreen replaced fast and efficiently—professional, tidy, and careful with the car.
The quality of the work is excellent. The new screen looks perfect, the seals are solid, and there are no leaks or wind noises. Great value too, with clear communication throughout.
Huge thanks to Julie and the lads for a top-notch job. I’d recommend Bridgewater Windscreens to anyone in need of a windscreen replacement—brilliant service, even in challenging weather.

Fantastic service from the word go.
The side window of my camper had fallen off. I had rung 2 other companies who were next to useless in being able to help/advise me. I found Bridgewater windscreens on the internet and contacted them. Julie (who answered) sorted out the solution straight away and booked me in for later the same day at what I believe was a very reasonable price. On arriving they did the work immediately (even though I was early) and the 2 guys who dealt with me were very friendly, had a great amount of knowledge ( which they passed onto me) and had me in and out within about 45mins. Absolutely superb service. Thank you.

Fantastic service. Called early 7.30am and spoke to Julie. She booked me in for same day to have my passenger window replaced. Best price for the job. I was made to feel welcome. Very professional from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this company.

I have been so impressed with this company and rarely write reviews but felt I had to on this occasion!
The lady on the phone was incredibly helpful and personal. The guys who came to fix the windscreen were friendly and efficient and when they'd gone I realised that they'd fixed my rear view mirror which I'd had to tape to keep in place - amazing service! Thank you

Right through from first phone call to the repair, service from this company is first class.
The lady on the telephone was very polite, friendly and professional and got the booking in for me for that same day.
The guy that came to fix my car window was very professional and polite, he did a fabulous replacement job. I am delighted with the work done.
Price was reasonable and told to me upfront, the price over the phone is the price I paid.
I would use this company again and I would highly recommend this company to others.
