Great Design Course

I took the Briefbox course in its first, live iteration and found it really great and very affordable for such a detailed course. Joel is a very knowledgeable and kind teacher and makes the info and concepts very accessible and easy to understand. It definitely helped me level up my skills and hone my portfolio to a much more professional standard. I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone wanting to improve their design skills and also create some polished portfolio pieces.

amazing course to level up as a designer!

This is the best course out there for anyone looking for an affordable and easy way to level up their skills as a graphic designer or a creative! I took the course twice when it was first released and in its second release!. Joel has an amazing teaching style that makes concepts so easy to understand. I can't recommend it enough!

Great product, Bad Support

Great product, bad customer support. I genuinely think it's great platform for creatives and designers to grow through this but customer service has been terrible and have had sent 2 email on the 29th July and one on August 19th to cancel the membership and no reply. Then had to contact them via their chat forum on the 3rd September and 12th September to cancel my membership. So this is more a FYI more than anything.

Hi Tim — firstly, thank you for the kind words about the platform itself, and we’re sorry to hear the support experience wasn't up to scratch at the time.

We also appreciate this response has come much later than it should have. Unfortunately, this review has only recently been made aware to us — but we still wanted to acknowledge your feedback properly rather than leave it unanswered.

We genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, as feedback like this has helped shape those improvements.
