Cheap is what they are by price and by quality!!! Bought a second pair of clogs and their sizing has reduced so a size 7 would now have to be an 8. Where is the consistency..Briers need to take note of all the negative feedback or sell up - gather the name is for sale - and give the business to someone who cares for consistency and quality!!!!!!

Bought some Briers gauntlets. Thin leather, stitching fell apart almost immediately, glove die is not fast so ended up with yellow hands. Threw them away as useless for gardening. Will never buy these gloves again or anything else from them.

I have gone through 3 pairs of Briers ladies ankle wellies within a year.
First pair I put down to bad luck. So bought some more. These only lasted a couple of weeks before the toe split. But the company I purchased from kindly send out replacements. Unfortunately the replacements have also come apart in the same place.
All splitting in the same place by the toe and always on the left boot. Meaning I have 3 right boots (hung onto them just in case the next pair split on the other side!)

So frustrating as they are the most comfortable ankle boot I have had.

Frustrating as nothing else seems so nice to wear. I just can’t cope with more split boots.

Briers please get in touch unfortunately I can’t find your customer service on-line. I absolutely love my ankle wellies but only had since October & have my left boot has sprung a leak.
I have a spinal injury so there lovely & lightweight so please could you get in contact

Was given a pair of their Wellington Boots, could feel wetness on first outing near my toes but after a few walks have splits in at least three places.

In one word, rubbish. Only lasted 2 years occasional wear. Both split from the heel to half way up at the back. For what they cost, I expected much better.

I have bought 2 pairs of their Wellingtons - both have been unsatisfactory as they let water in at the back of the heel after very few wearings. Must be due to poor design and / or manufacture but Briers say they are "our best Quality wellingtons ever".........?

I'm giving Briers 5 stars because of their excellent customer service. I bought an indoor weather station from a garden centre in the UK, it was half price at only £5. When I got it home to Portugal it wasn't working so I emailed the manufacturer/distributor, Briers, asking for a diagram of the inside wiring so that my husband could weld the loose wires back together. They didn't respond to my initial query so I emailed again, asking for a response. They couldn't have been more helpful - immediately sent a replacement to me in Portugal, via UPS. I received it today, hopefully it will work but my review is based on customer service.

Avoid weather stations ..... They last weeks or less between issues. Add to that the fact replacement sensors are out of stock nearly all the time ! Edit ..... Aftersales from Briers is excellent.... Sensor replacement sent next day delivery. Better than the shop service. Still not great reliability but at least customer service works.

Bought a pair of their waterproof gloves. They were as effective as blotting paper at keeping water out.
So I emailed them using the link on their website - no reply.
Since they make useless product and have no interest in customer satisfaction, I'd say keep away!
