Do not touch them for probate

My father died in September 2024 and we are now at the end of April 2026 with no end in sight. They have billed us for over 9000 with nothing more detailed than "care and consideration". Dad left his finances in a mess but we supplied them with enough information to wrap everything up. They have now set up a separate account to which we have no access and there has been no information as to status, account statements, lists of accounts closed. Nothing. All complaints have been ignored. Don't touch them.
