Very disappointed with the over priced, faulty veneers.

The veneers I bought, Incredibills, were billed as a superior product with a polish and special detailing for a more realistic veneer. I wore them for a week and the special coating was chipping off. I do not remember
the process including a coating. Their process to repair veneers requires sending the veneer back to them so that they can fix the coating. The turn around time is about a month, and I think for the amount I paid, they should have provided a brand new veneer. I have purchased a set of veneers from another company for less that a fourth of the cost and they are acceptable and more of a value. I am completing my purchase because I don't want my credit impacted. I received my veneers in February, 2024, I wore these veneers, no eating, ultrasound cleaning and they didn't hold up for 6 months and they were supposed to last 5 years with good care. Buyer beware and check out the more reasonable veneers. There is a condition of the contract that i over looked, evidently the company will sue for a bad review. I do not want anything more from this experience, except to warn customers, do your research and save yourself an expensive, costly lesson.

Changed my life,

Brighter image labs literally changed my life. A bright and full smile can mean the difference between a dream job or not, or a dream date. As a singer i was surprised to experience that i could sing better with a full and perfect set of teeth. Thank you so much Brighter image labs for helping me be the best version of my self. i would not smile for years, now i smile fully:)

My new smile is EVERYTHING

My new smile is EVERYTHING! I will say this. Getting my impressions done perfectly was a little challenging. The mouthpiece was almost too small for my top row of teeth. It took me 3 attempts to get it right. So, I do wish they had a bigger size to choose from. But I got it! And the rest of the process went smoothly. They're a little uncomfortable to eat in, but I didnt really get them for that reason. I wanted a new smile without the cost of getting surgery, and I got that! Thank you! 🙏🏾

They should give more time for the…

Dont fall for the scam You just gotta say no ....They should give more time for the veneers to be sent back to be fixed because the few months they give isn't enough and they should also send the envelope to send the items back they don't assist with that...it really is a waste of money and they jacked my credit up because I refused to pay for something I can't use

I have had a positive experience with Brighter Image Lab. Customer Service staff is very effective and friendly. Finally, my finished product is exactly what I hoped for. My veneer is beautiful and fits well. The cost of my veneer is less costly than other companies that I have tried. I would definitely use Brighter Image Lab again!

They are a complete scam as other reviews have claimed. My story is such a nightmare that it would take pages to write. I will try to be brief. The financing is the biggest ripoff I have ever even heard of or experienced. The product is pure junk and don't even get started on their God-awful customer service. Let's see you try and call them ha, no way. Try and return them no fricken way. This company needs to be investigated for fraud. Don't get pulled in.

They love you when you are paying and they are wicked once the money is in their account.

I am too upset to write a complete review right now. I will come back here and follow up.

What I will say is I ordered two full IncrediBils sets for me and my husband ($5000). I spoke with several customer service reps, but Michelle, Shelly, and today there was someone. I believe her name is Stacy, with the same NASTY attitude.

Just please RUN! Don't do it. I am a filmmaker and content creator - I am going to do a documentary about my experience with Brighter Image Labs and tell the world.

I don't typically write bad reviews

I don't typically write bad reviews, but I've finally had enough with this company. Forget that the veneers don't fit and are awful. I spent over $4,000 on the Incredibil Veneers, supposedly their very best, but they are nothing like their videos claim. Customer service is extremely rude and not helpful at all. I do not, and will not wear these veneers.

I financed them and don't want to hurt my credit, so I'm paying for them. It's set up on auto draft to come directly from my checking account. Well I got a notification that there was a late payment on my credit report, so I called the number listed with the credit reporting agency, which went to Brighter Image Labs. They are owned by the same people by the way. Don't let them tell you they partnered with an outside company. Anyway the receptionist was extremely rude and said I would have to email them, that they don't have a phone number. How sketchy is that! So I did send an email to the address given to me explaining everything and asking for help to pay and it automatically created a ticket response saying someone would get with me. Which of course no one has. I also sent an email to every email address I could find for them.

In the meantime I contacted my bank. They said there was no reason why any payments should have been returned. I then found out how to login to my account because I hadn't since last year when everything was set up on auto draft. I see that it was past due. I tried to pay the total past due amount but the system rejected my payment with the saved checking account info. So I tried to pay with a card, but it would not accept card payments. I tried the bank account several more times, also re-entering the information but it continued to fail. I took a screenshot of the error message it gave me and updated them through the email ticket.

I have messaged them about 8 times with no response. This is very frustrating because the only reason I financed them was to add some payment history to my report as I'm trying to build credit. So frustrating to not be able to reach someone in this type of situation. I have been referred to a Ft Worth attorney to handle the situation and will follow through with that. I wish I had looked at Trust Pilot, Better Business Bureau, etc before I bought. Their google reviews are not accurate compared to other review sites and quite the opposite.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. They will put you in a cycle of never accepting any prints. I gave up, blocked them from deducting my bank account and send them a cease and desist letter. I will get an attorney involved next. Do not, under any circumstances do business with brighter image labs.

Be Aware

If you speak with a Michelle, BE AWARE

This company is a scam. They remove the honest reviews and lie about their interactions. I questioned them about their poor reviews I mean 50% is 1 star on Trustpilot, and they became hostile. It cannot only be one person having an issue and we deserve to do our due diligence of investigating a company before spending so much money. I am so happy I read these reviews before forking over $2K. This company scares me, specifically the woman Michelle. I am grateful for Trustpilot allowing real people to share their experience without censoring, because it is easy to get scammed by all these random companies.

The people writing these reviews are KARENS, wake up!

I cannot believe the things that some people are writing on here! What a joke, and you can certainly tell that people are just entitled (total Karens) not getting what they want when they want it. And who is the one guy naming all these people that DO NOT EXIST whatsoever for Brighter Image Lab or MSC?!?! hahahahhahahaha but he did research????? Buddy, you need to learn to really research. The owner/ceo is Bil Watson not Winston and no idea who Mark Chereso is at all?????? Come on, people you all need to see through this BS. There are so many people out here that are completely satisfied and I am one of them. I have used Brighter Image Lab since 2017 and have I always got what I wanted, yes and no......I lost my veneer but warranty doesn't cover that. Did I blame them and write a bad review in hopes I could bully them into making an exception for me, hell no. What I did was man up and bought another set. I cannot believe these people.

Submitted my photos and told my story

Submitted my photos and told my story, I then received an email to call 1-888-257-2455 for financing and pricing. I called and spoke to a Shelly the first time, then a "Michelle" after Shelly hung up on me when I simply stated exactly what the email said- Which was to call for pricing and financing, she refused to speak about financing over the phone, I requested someone else considering her attitude was a turn off- She HUNG up the phone. I called back and a 'Michelle' answered. I am not sure, but it sounded like the same person because she had the same- if not worse-attitude. it's giving major scam vibes and really weird interactions. I wouldn't trust them even if things were to seemingly go smoothly-they can easily turn sour. After the interaction when I googled their reviews, and I can totally agree with everyone that has posted a 1-star review. This is a money grab... beware they prey on DESPERATION. To be honest, I am happy this happened early on.

Update:
I received an email from this company bullying me, and threatening to have my review removed. The woman named Michelle sent me an email that felt like a personal attack in my opinion, because I honestly stated what occurred and of course she denied everything. What I've learned from this experience is when you have a sour experience with this company AND if you leave a review- DO NOT request it to be sent to them. You are not allowed to speak your mind if it shines a negative light, regardless of how awful your experience. This company is playing with people's mental health, as someone who works in this field, I advise anyone to stay far away. There are too many other options for you walk on eggshells due to some reckless employees, and unfortunately you are not allowed to request to speak to anyone else- considering that's what started this whole negative experience. I have now had to block them from sending me anymore harassing or threatening emails, and considering I already sent personal photos, I am honestly concerned about how unhinged this employee is. This was just awful!

Client refusal

I cannot believe all the bad reviews after watching Mr Bill Watson explain everything on all of his YouTube videos I had the worst experience with his secretary I think her name is Michelle don't worry I recorded every conversation she called me a fraudulent criminal because I used my aunt's credit card for the down payment like I stole someone's identity LOL she should be fired on the spot immediately I called back several times I've emailed several times I kept copies of everything and I really want to speak with Bill Watson and no one will let me do it to let him know what's going on with his company so now I'm willing to pay the whole $1,600 up front not using their finance company and she hung up on me and told me that my name and number would be removed from their system how professional is that but that's okay because I'm driving to go see Mr Watson unannounced and I really hope Michelle is there so I could show her I am not a criminal I'm very angry right now because I love the work that he does it looks absolutely amazing he may not even know his workers are running his place down.... So if anyone knows how I could get in touch with him a straight phone number to his office without dealing with the devil herself I would appreciate it I only gave one star because I really have nothing to judge them on for the veneers only the very rude secretary...... I'm going to bring copies of all the emails and the phone recordings of the rudeness I received trying to do business with Mr Watson.... Today is August the 15th hope to see y'all really soon thank you so very much Mr Bill Watson for all your explanations on your work..... Tracey .... PLEASE PLEASE save yourself the headache and stress
This company is the worst company I have ever had to work with. Their customer service need a serious overhall. I work in the serive industry and Oliva and Melissa from this company are why we get a back wrap. Rude doesn't even touch the experience I had. And the fact the finance company is only reachable via email and DO NOT respond. I'm trying to pay them and I think they want to have keep you in default so you can't receive.your products.

Edit: As of today August 17th, I have had the pleasure of communicating with Ms Michelle. She is the rudest human if had the displeasure of dealing with!! She was disrespectful from the jump. I'm not sure who she thinks she is, however she got the right one today. I wrote another review about MY experience which seems similar to others, She didn't like that. What they're doing is desitful and wrong. This woman needs to be fired ASAP.

This is sorry

I was going to buy the Bill veneers double arch. So I went ahead and finance them threw there THIRD PARTY they took out 244.00 from my checking account before I signed any contract. I decided I didn’t want to proceed with the veneers and emailed them about cancellation. They told me it will be 7 to 10 business days before the money will go back in my account. First of all it didn’t take them that long to take the funds out of my account. This is sorry. It’s going on day 8 now and still haven’t received the refund. Beware I might not even get my money back, I will update if I do. 7/24/23
