Poor Customer Service

Ordered 2 phoned only one delivered they told phone coming on another day only to find out delivery cancelled then told another day to find out it reached local courier depot only to be sent back to sender been told might be another 10 working days still paying for phone insurance and bright care for something I dont have and no idea when it's going to arrive
I've been a longstanding customer of brighthouse Andover since it first opened but feeling totally let down

I can see you took your agreements on 19/12; I can also see that you spoke with the Store Manager on 23/12. The Store Manager's notes suggest you received delivery of your items on 24/12; however, I will pass your comments over the the Andover store and ask them to review this to make sure you have all items you ordered.

First time customer after a very large screen tv

Purchased a 65" tv .from start to finish it was brilliant we weren't pressured into buying anything we didn't want because I knew what I wanted before entered shop
whole process took less than an hour.

Customer care at it's best

Went in did the credit check ordered two appliances we wanted (was only gonna get one) paid first month upfront appliances delivered within few days installed etc we weren't badgered into getting stuff we didn't need or want just plain genuine customer service (Torquay branch)

The whole experience was a good one

The whole experience was a good one. I have only 1 criticism that's when the fridge freezer was delivered the men just dumped it in the middle of the kitchen floor. I had to move it to where it was going to live and it was a 6 foot high one so was also heavy. The shop staff were great.

Delivery said could not get thro door from passage to kitchen .Friend nd her mate 2 girls managed .ALSO keep getting texts sayin bout payments on Saturday mornings bfore lunch times twice sayin late charges of £12 will apply

Reginald, thanks for the feedback. When an agreement is taken, it is your responsibility to ensure the dimensions of the item will fit through your doorways. When our delivery agents arrive, they will also assess if they are able to move the item safely and if they do not feel it will be a safe transition into your property, they may decline the delivery. If you chose to move the items with friends, this is your choice.

Regarding the texts messages, if we have not received your payment by lunchtime on Saturday, as a matter our courtesy, to avoid a late fee which would be applied at the end of the business day, an automatic message is sent to you. We have found by doing this, more people remember their payment is due and so late fees are avoided. I am sorry if the message does not suit your requirements.
