I received the product after two months and several emails. The books weren’t worth the wait or the price. The quality is horrible. I am almost certain this book is ai generated and it is a cheap paperback printing that should have cost no more than like $3 per book. It is essentially a scam. I also found out that the company is likely plagiarizing a legitimate author and stealing her content. Stay far away from this company. I also ran into the issue with their website being shut down.

This is a hoax. They charged me a for an online safety book that never came. Now all the links to get in touch do not exist

I placed an order with this company for the Body safety box set and the feelings & emotions flip book on 8/25 and on 9/23 I still have not received my order. When I went on the website to track the package that had supposedly shipped on 8/26 I found out the website no longer exists and there is no way to contact the company. Going to dispute this charge.

Worst customer service and lack of transparency. *UPDATE: THEIR SITE NO LONGER WORKS*

I purchased their book on August 23rd with priority shipping, customer service confirmed an ETA of 2 to 3 business. I received the book bundle September 15th.

Between August to September I've been asking for update about the product, customer service responded back addressing me with the wrong name (Amanda) and said they'll look into it.

Due to the lack of updates, I requested a refund for shipping, they said they'll look into reimbursing me due to the delayed shipping.

I've followed up with 2 more emails due to the lack of updates regarding the book and shipping refund. No response.

Their response time is 1 day to first address a response, after that, it's radio silence.

Still haven't heard from them since September 1st, and it's now September 22nd.

I did eventually open the book to check out the quality, and the quality is poor.

There's visible dried glue inside the book spine, and some pages are stuck together.

They are not worth the headache, and I'm sure there are other body safety books out there. I doubt the positive reviews are legit.

Ordered Sept 1, received a “shipped” email Sept 2, still nothing & now their website doesn’t work & their phone number isn’t connected.

It's a scam! I ordered almost a month ago and still haven't even shipped the product (if it exists). I emailed and they said they were backed up and would ship out by the end of that week. That was 10 days ago. Now their website doesn't even work!

Scam! They took my money. I didn't get the books. They never emailed me back after I reached out.

Update: I don't know what's going on with the company. I originally felt I was scammed; then, I received my set of books 3 days later.

I brought a bundle of 2 and did not receive my parcel. I sent them 2 emails, instagram msg without any response. I also called them on the phone which was assigned. Noting that there might be time difference I tried several times calling. Ordered on 25th of Aug and till today did not receive my books nor I received any update from the tracking or the company. It also seems that shop is also a scam so be aware.

I bought the Body Safety Box Set (4 books) with the expectation of helping my 4yo understand body parts, consent, body safety etc.

The books were just very disappointing.

I don’t find the wording or pictures clear in communicating body safety. The books don’t feel fun to read or particularly instructive, which was what I had hoped for. Considering the price, I also find the quality to be lacking.
Furthermore despite them bragging about their happy customers, there is nowhere on their website to leave a review. I’ve also emailed them directly but received no response.

I saw an advertisement for Bright Kids Guide on Instagram and placed an order through their website. The payment went through immediately, but I never received the products I purchased. I tried to contact the company several times with no response. After checking their Instagram page, I noticed other people commenting that they also never received their orders. It seems the company is taking payments without fulfilling them and ignoring all communication attempts.
