Bad website but helpful customer service!
Very good customer service. It took some time until they took the matter up but finally my problem was solved.
It is important that the website is giving opportunity for customer to order only frames without glasses as in my case. It should not take more than 10 mails to make it work. Anyway, giving 5 stars because effort was done from the customer service to help. Otherwise, should be NO stars at all.

I bought pair of prescription glasses…
I bought pair of prescription glasses from brille24 and it was quickly processed and i had the glasses within a week. Well it suit my face. So i initiated the refund process which was so smooth and fast. Now i am going to order another pair. Amazing seller. Definitely recommended.

Quality of products are getting worse
Quality of products are getting worse. I am ordering my glasses with brille24 provider already for years but in last two years is more miss then hit experience. I find this very disappointing and shame. I hope quality will improve.
