Excellent customer support
I had a problem with the first pair of glasses I ordered - I had entered the wrong number for one of the lenses. Customer support was very helpful in clarifying the prescription and started the replacement process before I'd even sent back the first pair. The new pair are perfect and I'm very happy.

I made the purchase on june 30, I received a ‘sent’ email on 4 of july. Now 15 of july the dhl track and trace still has no update whatsoever. I sent 2 emails to their support and haven’t received any answer yet.

The prices have gone way up since…
The prices have gone way up since Brillen24 took over the company. Also, It took way too long to deliver, and when it finally was supposed to be delivered, the DHL couldn’t find the address, even though the address is very obvious. I had to go pick it up at a facility.

Shipping time long but the glasses worth the wait.
Shipping took longer than expected. I have received an email about the delay.
Since this was my first order from them I was worried if everything would go well but at the end both glasses (I bought sunglasses, too) were perfect for my son. He is very happy with them.
There was no way to try the glasses on, neither virtually. I did measure his old glasses and based on that we picked the size of the new ones.

Disappointed in delivery time
After many years of buying glasses from Charlie Temple and being extremely happy, the experience with Brillen24 is disappointing. The quality of the glasses was ok once we finally received them. Once ordered, the tracking information said "sent" for over a week. The confirmation email said it would arrive in 1-3 working days, but it took 11 days to arrive. I will not be giving them my business in the future.

one of the order cancelled without informing
I have ordered two glasses together, one was shipped to me within 10 day. For the second glass , i was refunded without informing the reason. When i received one pair of glasses , i had check my bank statement to figure out i was refunded for the second pair of glasses. This pair of glasses was meant as birthday present.So this is a real bad communication.

Was really happy for the model that could have back the LOTTE with new prescription. But the glasses are rather tick/heavy for -2 and overall cost and duration is different in comparison to charlie tempel times. Fairly happy but not sure if it will be my go to store.

Glasses were perfect. Can see through them, so perfectly made. Decent quality for a good price. Took a lot longer to get them than i thought though...

Easy to order and good prices. The delivery was also very fast.
The packaging from Charlie temple were prettier but quality is the same.
I missed the function to try the glasses with the camera. The glasses I ordered are a bit bigger than I expected. If they could have the app to check them with the phone would be better.
