Do not use this company. They sold me an item of clothing in August then said it had been delivered in October, which it hadn’t. They then said they’d refunded me the money, which they hadn’t, and now I’m chasing them. Extremely frustrating. And time consuming.

I ordered this portable air conditioner one month ago and got it within 10 days after payment. The fast shipping and good customer service impressed me the most. I gave it a positive review in the first place when it arrived in excellent condition. Now we have been using it for about 20days, the unit works very well so far being in Los Angeles’ hot days. It keeps my living room and small kitchen cool well. It is not so noisy and easy to operate. I would recommend it when considering a portable air conditioner.
