While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Great concept, poor execution

Great concept, really poorly executed. The app is clumsy, the experience could be smoother (we have 4 boxes in the same room and I always need to remember which gone to go to). Feels like the entire service and software could be put together in an one day long hackaton and be done better

Good to receive packages. Not to send them.

The concept is great. I've only used a few times to receive packages, and it worked great.

But do not use it to drop a package to be sent. Twice already that my package stays in the box, and the transporter doesn't pick it up.
Bringme is not directly responsible, as they are not the ones who pick up the parcels, but yet I would have hoped they'd have some direct contact line with the transporters, which it doesn't seem they have. So if the transporter (DHL, Bpost, whatever) doesn't come, they just have zero solution for you.

So yeah, I posted my parcel there because I wanted it to be sent as fast as possible, and it's been stuck there for a week now.

Great Concept, Room for Improvement in Customer Support

The concept behind BringMe is great, but their customer support can be challenging to access. Initially, every time I called their support line, I was met with an automated message saying, "We are busy and cannot attend the call." This lack of immediate assistance often created more frustration than solutions.

However, I must acknowledge the excellent help I eventually received. A gentleman from their support team went above and beyond to assist me in retrieving my stuck parcel. His professionalism and dedication made a significant difference, and I’m grateful for people like him who truly make a positive impact.

While the system's convenience is promising, improving accessibility to support would enhance the overall experience significantly.
