Fast shipping, normal feedback and wide choice especially steels and adhesives.

Superb customer service, great products, good prices. Brisa is my go to place for scandi knife making supplies. I have made a number of purchases from Brisa over the years including blanks, kits, handle materials, leather, tools. Prices are such it is cheaper for me to ship from Finland than buy similar products locally. have found Brisa to offer excellent products and service in all my dealings with them. When a blank I ordered wasn't available for an order they offered to substitute a more expensive blank. Brisa offer regular discounts and some blanks such as Karesuando are about the cheapest available anywhere.

Absutely terrible customer service. I have written them several times about the return of an order and received no response. I wont be ordering from Brisa again

I am currently awaiting my 9th order to be dispatched and i've decided to write this review before i even get it. I am doing that because i just had yet another excellent communication and customer service from them and they are well deserving my best words.
Customer service, product quality, shipping costs / time...all held to very high standards.

Ordered a Enzo kit from Brisa, Amazingly fast from International delivery to the U.K. Plenty information in the confirmation email too like tracking info.
