No internet again this week

No internet again this week. Thankfully our area now has mobile phone reception and I can use data to work through but I cannot pay for briskona when it only is on 60% of the time without any information or refund. I will be cancelling and exploring other options or increasing my mobile data.

no streaming services

We have had no streaming services for 16 days. Reported fault on day one - I sense I am not the only one with this issue - was told is was a DNS server issue, on a server based with an upstream provider. There have been vague holding emails about once a week, repeating the same information and promising resolution. In rural Berwickshire we don't have many choices, either for broadband provision, or ways of accessing TV. We are dependent on this connection. Have just called to express my frustration, but got no further than switchboard, and promised a call back. Will let you know how that goes - and my request for a refund because of reduced service.

We’ve been with Briskona for 10 years

We’ve been with Briskona for 10 years, both residential and commercial connections . The service and quality of connection has been exceptional . On the few occasions when the service has been interrupted due to servicing or exceptional bad weather {very few) ,we have been give plenty of warning . Overall we have been very impressed with Briskona and always happy to recommend the service to others .

No broadband again

Regretfully after highly recommending this company to many others, I find customer service has fallen considerably. Firstly, after a misunderstanding over a £12.50 overpayment my service was disconnected without warning. Briskona suggested they had given fair warning there was an issue - this consisted of a middle of the night email followed by immediate disconnection without contact or discussion. I contacted the company who insisted I had fair warning, no apology. I do not believe an email during the night to be fair warning. I telephoned next day and it was confirmed they had disconnected the service however I got to the bottom of the issue and had it resolved. Today my service went down again completely, I was advised to switch the router off and on again (shortly before their office closed) and contact technical if not working as no engineers until Monday. On returning home and switching router off and on, unsurprising I still had no service and technical (once I managed to trace a number) did not answer. I now have no broadband, a work related course deadline with little or no hope of getting the job done. I shall, of course, source another provider but the damage will have been done as I will have missed the deadline.
Day 2: Still no broadband service or call from company. Have left another message on the out of hours telephone number provided.
Update: No contact from company but finally my broadband connection is back on, presumably out of hours remote team - Thanks to whomever!
