Brissi.com is a scam

Brissi.com is a scam. Ordered a $70 item from brissi.com, purchase showed up on my card as a purchase from China. Next day another charge for the same amount. There was no way to contact customer service on the Brissi webpage. Both charges were reported as fraud and had to get new credit cards.

Changed perception of the brand

Such a shame, this brand is now one to avoid. I have in the past purchased all my mirrors from Brissi never wanting to deviate. I purchased a small white Hampshire mirror 03/11 with UK Standard Shipping method (2-3 days). 10 days later 13/11 I chased for a status update. I was informed the item had been lost in the post. A second mirror was sent and arrived 17/11 but in the incorrect colour. Upon chasing I was informed this was a warehouse error and that the original mirror was now out of stock. I have lost confidence in the Brissi brand I once knew and loved.

I'm not surprised to see poor feedback…

I'm not surprised to see poor feedback on Brissi. I ordered 3 Large Hydrangeas in Blush Pink at the cost of £45 + postage. The box they arrived in was battered and subsequently so were the items. I received an email from Brissi asking for feedback which I promptly gave, sending a photo of the box and asking to have them replaced. I have chased them 3 times over 3.5 weeks and no one has responded. Please don't waste your money - customer service is non-existent.

Thank you Abi

I've had a brilliant experience with Brissi. Abi, the customer service operator I spoke with went above and beyond to consult me on a bed I was enquiring about. She was so friendly on the phone, it was like talking with an old friend.
People never write about their good experiences so I thought I would! Thank you Abi.

Disappointing is putting it mildly

Ordered from their online site a very beautiful bed frame called Boston. Its not cheap. Delivery was quite slow especially as i’d given them well in advance dates i’d be home. It came a few days later than requested. They did communicate quite well regarding delivery date. Main prob arose with damaged wood in quite a few areas. They dont always answer the phones or get back to you and are very slow at replying to emails. I finally got a response apologising and that a replacement would be on its way. When i got an email saying it was ready to deliver i rang & emailed Brissi to check everything. They said theyd call the warehouse then get back to me but they didnt. The new base turned up but had damaged areas so they hadnt checked quality at the warehouse. I have complained but i really can’t be bothered to deal with their rubbish. Although i love the look of the base the quality and care isnt high and customer service has serious flaws. I will not buy from them again. Lifes too short.

A trail of bad experience....

A trail of bad experience..... I ordered a bed from Brissi in the sale. The delivery was supposed to take 7-14 days but after chasing the customer services, it arrived at the end of the third week and the bed was faulty - one of the holes couldn't receive the screw needed to attach the headboard. This is the sign of a poorly made product for the price I paid and was disappointed, despite it looking so beautiful. The customer services person was unsympathetic on the phone, despite being very professional over email - and didn't understand why I thought their offer of £75 voucher wasn't good enough. I think proper compensation would've been more appropriate and this wasn't offered instead.

Then the replacement came a week later. The bed is lovely and all came together. However, I ordered products using their voucher and have only received half the order. I am extremely disappointed overall and won't be using or recommending the company ever again.

Seriously concerned about ordered item

** Update. Despite being told that the item was about to be dispatched last week nothing has arrived and no one has been in touch.

We ordered two items last year. One was not properly addressed and went missing for a couple of weeks and ended up being returned and redelivered about 3 weeks late. The other said it was in stock and would be delivered within a week but after a couple of weeks we were told by e-mail it was out of stock and would be in stock mid-Jan. That date has passed and no one has been in touch. We are very worried as general stock levels look very low (only 2 coffee tables available online now for example). If it doesn’t turn up the the review will be one star.

Be careful when buying from Brissi, their staff will lie

I brought a chair from the Westbourne Grove branch. Unfortunately I had issues with getting the chair through the door and asked for a refund, I was only offered a credit note as they classed the damaged chair as a sale item. The worst thing is the STAFF LIED said my father had expressed concern about it not fitting and said they had mentioned the item was refundable, ALL LIES

Companies can say that is says our refund terms on the back of the receipt but I did not read the receipt before I handed over the money.

When in doubt don't buy, this company will happily take your money but staff will lie, making it impossible to get your money back

I made a big mistake buying from here, please don't do the same.

Excellently curated homeware, great quality, fairly priced

I've always been a big fan of this brand, they are a model of taste and with a number of shops in London it's great to have the option to see the products in the flesh and pick up design tips whilst you're in there. I bought a champagne bucket as a wedding present for a friend - the packaging was stunning, the delivery seamless and the product itself lived up to all my expectations. My first time shopping with Brissi, but it won't be my last.
