DO NOT BUY FROM BRISTOL FARMS

After accepting my on-line order, and the amount was charged to my credit card, they sent me a text informing me that the order was canceled, and no reason was given. They claimed that the charge would be reversed -- in 3 to 5 business days (at least 1 and possibly as much as 3 days after my bill will be electronically sent).

So, to avoid paying them for product not provided, I will have to fight with the credit card company to GUARANTEE that I am not billed, and they are not paid, for an order that THEY canceled.

I will NEVER try to do business with them again.

They are not actual farm

They are not actual farm. This is a fraud and a scam website. I personally contacted with them. They give me some bogus address middle of nowhere. I called a local police to check if this is actual farm but turn out it’s just a scam. I checked their IP address. They are located in Turkey. They just opened website trying to scam people here in hearing in US.

RUDENESS ABOUNDS AT BRISTOL FARMS MANHATTAN BEACH

There was a black male teenager asking people for money last night, 1/4/2024, in front of Bristol Farms in Manhattan Beach. I first mentioned that to a female Scan & Pay worker, telling her that I have my own money issues. She very rudely laid into me, so I said nothing more to her in the Bristol Farms dining area.

I finished eating my food purchased at Bristol Farms, exited the store, and was politely explaining to the teenager who asked me for money why I couldn't give him money. SUDDENLY THE RUDE FEMALE SCAN & PAY WORKER & HER FEMALE CO-WORKER AGGRESSIVEY GOT IN MY FACE, ASSUMING I WAS BEING RUDE TO THE TEENGER ASKING PEOPLE FOR MONEY. "BYE-BYE" SAID THE MEAN SCAN & PAY WORKER TO ME IN A THEATRICAL VOICE! I RESPONDED ANGRILY TO HER AND WENT BACK INSIDE BRISTOL FARMS.

I approached a female front-end supervisor who always covers her face with a Covid mask. SHE, TOO, WAS MEAN TO ME, AND FEMALE JUICE BAR WORKER SHAY (ABOUT WHOM I HAD PREVIOUSLY GIVEN A RAVE GOOGLE REVIEW AND HAVE NAIVELY TOLD HER THAT SHE'S THE BEST) SNIDELY SMILED AT THE MASKED FEMALE BRISTOL FARMS ABOUT ME BEING UPSET!

I then spoke with Bristol Farms supervisor Julie, who said the Instacart Scan & Pay workers will soon be gone from Bristol Farms Manhattan Beach. Julie was nice to me, which I appreciated. For the most part, however, my shopping visit last night to Bristol Farms Manhattan Beach was sadly terrible.☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

Refused to extend their offer.

In Santa Barbara store -
Had a coupon for 2 for 1 steaks. They were out and refused to give me a rain check or offer an alternative. Very disappointed they cared so little about my buying at their store. Won't be going there again.
