Very good service. Greg was always very friendly, polite and responded when any issues arose which were very few in the time time that they took over from Alexander May

Bristol Residential Lettings have been a really responsive and helpful agent during the time I rented with them. Stephanie Reid in particular was always available to help when I had queries and was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable throughout.

I rang BRL on a Sunday morning. Left a message to say my boiler needed re-pressurising. Andy rang back within 10 minutes. Tried to sort it out over the phone, but unfortunately I was unable to do it myself. Andy arrived within 20 minutes to sort it.
Thank you for your very quick response. Andy was polite and helpful. Thanks again. Arlene

Andy Peters - He was calm, professional and very helpful while I was in a bit of a panic. Couldn’t thank him enough for his help getting our fire alarm to stop.

I have just left a tenancy with Bristol Res Let and have had a highly positive experience. All estate agents we have interacted with have been incredibly kind and helpful throughout, in particular Aimee, who has always been fast and reliable with dealing with problems in our property and supported us in getting our full deposit back, which we are extremely grateful for. Would definitely use Bristol Residential Letting again and would also highly recommend to friends and family.

This was the first estate agents I went into, there was a gentleman who was incredibly helpful and sent me the details of the only available property via email and told me if im interested to just call them. I went into a few other estate agents and decided to go back, the gentleman wasn’t there however these 2 snobby women were, Amy Forsyth who lied about her name and said her name was Amy shepherd, as well as Amy Garrod who I was originally meant to be speaking to, the second I mentioned I was on benefits and had been signed off due to mental health problems and was currently homeless living in a hotel fleeing domestic violence I was met with the utmost disrespect, being told that although I’d been accepted for the Bristol city council deposit bond scheme (rent in advance and deposit) and although im on both PIP AND universal credit that I “dont earn enough” to rent a £1000pcm property, as I earn £20,988 Annually instead of £30,000. I was also told that they dont accept rent in advance. Luckily I was with my P.A (adult social worker) from Bristol City Council who was there as witness. The gentleman before didn’t mention any of this and neither did the 7 other estate agents I visited, I will be making an official complaint as I feel this is blatant discrimination. Mental health for one is a protected characteristic. During a housing crisis? Putting so many barriers in the way of a 21 year old trying to flee abuse…. Absolutely disgusting. The attitude, arrogance and the way I was spoken too is exactly what is wrong with the system.

As a chimney sweep requested by Stephanie from Bristol Residential Lettings to sweep the woodburner flue in one of the company’s rental properties, I was really impressed by the preparation leading up to the job and the general service. Communication was clear, flexibility was sown into the arrangement and payment was prompt. Thank you, Stephanie! Charlie Ekin (The Chimney Doctor Somerset)

I have been renting my property out with Bristol Residential for 3 years now and have found them to provide an excellent service all round.
They vetted prospective tenants to a very high standard and throughout the whole tenancy they have acted in a very professional and efficient manner.
Always responsive on the occasions that we have conversed which is not often as they have taken care of all the details without me needing to get involved.
I intend to continue to use them for as long as I have a property to rent and highly recommend them to anyone who is considering renting a property.

I had a great experience with Andy Peters, our property manager. He was very responsive to our needs, for example when our refrigerator and washing machine were having an issue, he immediately sends someone to repair it and eventually replaced the items so that we have a good working appliances. There was one time that our sink was clogged and our main doorknob fell off. He immediately sent someone to repair it with no extra costs for us. He is a very responsive and attentive property manager. Highly recommended.
