We had a great experience. The booking process was smooth and effective, great communication. The driver arrived at the scheduled time and got us from West Kensington to Heathrow Airport in less than half an hour. We would strongly recommend Britannia Airport Cars as a very reliable and comfortable transfer to the airport.

Shocking!
Return airport taxi showed up for 4 passengers and not the 6 booked. Leaving 2 of us stranded at 1am, the taxi that did show up was also not road worthy and was missing the booster seat required. Horrible ending to our holiday.

Please avoid Britannia Airport Cars when traveling in the UK. We had an extremely disappointing experience with this company.

My husband and I were traveling with six suitcases, so I specifically reserved and paid for a van. The company did not communicate that a van was unavailable and instead sent a small Kia sedan that could not accommodate our luggage. Even the driver confirmed that the vehicle would not work, so we had no choice but to decline the ride.

Because we had also booked additional airport transfers with them, I immediately requested that every remaining reservation be canceled. We could not risk the same thing happening when we needed to catch a flight. Despite failing to provide the vehicle we reserved, the company refused to cancel the other bookings or refund our money.

The customer service was extremely poor, and the entire experience caused unnecessary stress during our trip. I will now have to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

Based on my personal experience, I strongly recommend using a more reliable service such as Blacklane or Uber. I would never book Britannia Airport Cars again. Travelers, please be cautious—run, run, run!
