Took payment and the never heard anything. Chased via email about 4 times ( Over a month ) and could not get through phone call

Really disappointed
Really disappointed. Bought a personalised bracelet on the 24th January with a 10 day delivery expected. It is now the 22nd of February. I have contacted customer services twice and have heard NOTHING from this company since my order was placed. Very disappointed.

Slow delivery, poor quality product
Product took a long time to arrive, during which time I contacted customer services and asked where it was. I was told it would be delivered within the stated time, even though it was already late when I emailed.
Ring was not what I expected, advertised as sterling silver but no hallmark. They don't have to hallmark it as they use such a tiny amount of silver (apparently). In general item was cheap and nasty.
They also sent the wrong size
Difficult with the refund process (still waiting) plus they make you send it back tracked so at best it has cost me about £5 and a lot of hassle to see a naff ring.
