We are visiting with a class of Yr5+6 pupils in November and wanted to say how easy and efficient the booking process has been. The website is really informative and Rosie couldn't have been more helpful. We're all very excited for our trip!

I ordered a wall mounted Bison head in March with the understanding that it had a 14-16 week dispatch time. In April I received an email that the product i ordered could not be supplied was offered an alternative and 10% discount which i accepted. I understood that the 14-16 wait time would start again. It is now mid September, 6 months after my initial order, I am yet to receive my Bison head or promised 10% discount refunded to me. I have only received updates when I have prompted them unfortunately none of the promised dispatched dates have happened and no update on if I will ever receive a Bison head, laughingly on the website the item can still be ordered with an option to pay for next day delivery

Just thought customer would like to know how This company deals with its complaint i sent an email to who I believe is the company's CEO Mr Knowles on12th of August 2025 it is now 27th August & i have had NO CONTACT WHAT SO EVER FROM HIM OR ANY MEMBER OF HIS STAFF. The Complaint was about there price stuttering & how i believe it to be unfairly priced there Afternoon teas. Im not going to all the details on here but if this is how the company deals with its complaints well they don't deceiver to be in Business especially if the choice to ignore them.

Visited with a group of SEN students. The place is very clean and well looked after, the staff were friendly and patient. The exhibits are brilliant!

I have visited many times, and it is my go to place to take people when they come to visit. Every time I visit there is something new to see. It's such an amazing place to visit with so much to do. I love walking around the park and getting up close to the sculptures and seeing how they recycle all sorts of different things to make them. The shop is just gorgeous, honestly I could spend so much money in there with all the beautiful things. The icing on the cake however is the café! The food is incredible and the staff are all super friendly. I really love this place and you will too, everyone I take to visit says the same. Well worth it.

Wasn't informed during the purchase online; nor was there any message on the website to suggest that orders after the 15th Dec will not be fulfilled until mid January 2025...very poor show, indeed.

A fantastic day out with friends! Plenty of things to see and also very interesting! Only managed to see half of the park but would definitely visit again!
As the Eco leader at school I noticed that there are lots of educational resources available and I would be very interested taking my class there on a trip!
The children would love seeing all the different Disney characters too! Overall a fantastic day out!

Lovely experience for our group - the children loved seeing all of the sculptures - in particular the super heroes area. We will definitely visit again.

Grown too big. Used to be pleasant shop with a few interesting sculptures. Now too much to enjoy - once you've seen one or two you've seen them all. Masses of stuff for sale at enormous prices. Came with visiting family. Struggled to get lunch there. Having seen their online menu we were looking forward to lunch but nothing on that menu was there and we were told they'd never seen the online menu before. Only 1 veggie option which nobody wanted. Left and had a nice lunch in Dobbies! Used to be free now quite expensive on a Saturday. Won't ever go again.

Fab day at Ironworks, very exciting driving up. Took my 6 and 3 year old and they loved all the models. Great day out for adults and kids. Food at the Cafe was delicious and high quality. Would definitely go back.

A fun day out, whilst being educational. The sculptures were a personal favourite of mine and the food was really nice. Friendly staff.

Myself and wife reached out to The British Ironworks to help with a raffle prize for our fundraiser for a local charity, Nightingale House Hospice. They were very happy to help us out and donate a prize for this charity event. Have also visited the Ironworks previously with the children. Lovely place to visit. Kids loved it ❤️

I'm in the process of planning summer activities for a group of children and young people with disabilities based in Wrexham. The customer service from the Ironworks has been quick, helpful and informative.

We have been communicating via email. They have provided information for our risk assessment which has saved us a lot of time and they promoted attractions & things to do on the day we were unaware of. They have thought of every question and answered it in their school/group information pack.
Our children are really looking forward to attending!

I ordered Aspen and Bluebell (deer sculptures) from the online shop and love them! They look fantastic in our garden. They turned up quickly and were well packaged. I would recommend!

Fab local attraction who support local charities, rescues and independent companies.

Great cafe, kids play area Nd sculpture park. The staff are friendly and always on hand to answer any questions.

We never come away empty handed or hungry :) a great day out for the family.

From the first enquiry about organising a visit to the Ironwworks to the actual day of the visit, every query was dealt with proficiency and immediately. Our Art group thoroughly enjoyed the experience of all the larger than life sculptures. At the end of the visit we were thanked and all received a complimentary ice cream and tickets for a return visit. Many thanks for the personal touch.

Absolutely amazing experience here with our family incredible to see what they do it's a must do if you are in the area. You can spend the whole day here and it's not expensive. Thankyou to the brilliant helpful staff that couldn't do enough for us.
Also thankyou to Rosie who has donated a prize to our charity event we Hooe to raise alot of money with the item.
