Unreliable, parts ordered and never showed up.

Ordered several parts for a Range Rover. Paid and confirmed order. Scheduled local service to install the parts. Pre-coordinated transportation for when it would be in the shop. Order never arrived and no notice or reason given. Completely unreliable.

TERRIBLE SERVICE PART SUPPLIED…

TERRIBLE SERVICE PART SUPPLIED ASSEMBLED WRONG ANGLE FITTED AND MARKED WINDSCREEN COST £350 TO REPLACE FITTED GENUINE LANDROVER PRODUCT ALL GOOD ASKED THEM TO RETURN ITEM THEY SAID SEND IT BACK WE DID AT OUR COST TO BE TOLD WE ARE OUT OF THE TIME FRAME !!!

The part in question was delivered on the 14th January 2026 and is correct for your car / application, you asked if you could return it as it didn't fit and we advised it was correct for the car and you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return it. Since then you have changed the reason atleast 3 times, none of which we accept, but if you have any further questions regarding this transaction please do not hesitate to contact us

Amateurish from start to finish

Amateurish from start to finish. No tracking link sent, with email confirming order was sent. APC courier company delivered 5 hours late, no updates from anyone. Then to cap it off one item of the order is missing part No.ESR259 I need two of those to fit one of the other parts that came, so now I can’t do that job! Complete and utter waste of time. Catherine and Paula in “customer service “ could not care less a case of “computer says no” When I asked for the name of the person who is in charge of customer service they got all defensive and eventually said there’s no one in charge! That about sums them up. Lots of other places to buy parts for your Jaguar. AVOID THIS PLACE.

I am sorry we were unable to meet your expectations on this order,

You placed an order with us on the 18th December at 15:02, this was processed and dispatched on time with APC. Delivery is 1-3 business days, it does generally get there the next business day however its not guaranteed. APC were running abit behind due to the time of year and your order was delivered next day on the 19th Decemeber at 17:27.

Reference the missing Oring, I do apologise for our picking error, I have arranged for a replacement to leave today

Don't Expect Genuine Parts

Ordered a specific jaguar TPMS sensor providing Reg and Vin numbers. Received the part with the invoice indicating a jaguar part.
Sensor failed to work as it was NOT a genuine jaguar part as identified by my garage.
Asked about a refund and was told it would only accept if part faulty.
The moral here is even if you ask for a genuine part, you won't get one! Keep well away!

Expert help

Danny from British Parts was very polite and professional and helped me determine the exact components required for the repair of my car. His advice together with knowledge was exceptional. He also guided me with exploded diagrams and photos to help identify the components. Many thanks.

Rubbish

Bought a mug from these before Christmas and when it arrived the gift box was smashed to bits. Would have been too embarrassed to give it as a gift as it looked like it had fallen off the back of a truck.

As soon as I started a conversation with customer service you could tell they were salty, and they certainly didn’t fancy refunding me. They insisted I should have just re-wrapped the product and accepted their shoddy attempt at packaging it.

Anyhow, I managed to eventually get them to accept the product back if I sent it immediately, so I packed it into the exact same box it had arrived in, with the exact same packing materials (it had barely been out of the box, these were all intact and present).

A couple of days later I received a salty email saying the box wasn’t adequate to sufficiently keep the item inside safe, and I wouldn’t be getting a refund. The irony that their very same packing materials, and box, had been used to return the product was completely lost on their customer service department.

As they wouldn’t offer a refund I asked them to return the product, which is technically mine, and they told me to organise my own pick-up for it. Altogether salty, humourless, and unprofessional.

There’s a million better retailers, they’re 100% deserving of their poor rating on here, choose someone else to deal with.

Ordered late Thursday night, I needed my car for the weekend so the lady in office ensured it was shipped out for me Thursday night by DPD, arrived early Friday morning. Very friendly service

Beware of dealing with British Parts

Don't deal with this company they accept no responsibility for faulty parts. I purchased a Water in Fuel sensor from them assuming it was a genuine OEM part at £45. On fitting it the threaded portion detached from the sensor body, on inspection it's just a cheap and nasty Chinese sensor probably cost £5 and the threaded portion is just glued into the body. I returned it under warranty and they refused to accept on the pretext it had been overtightened. It was only done up fingertight

Great Customer Service!!!

Staff at British Parts UK very helpful in identifying correct parts which are competitively priced. No hassles with the buying experience. Delivery is next day (ordered parts on a Friday & they arrived Saturday morning). Give them a try

These guys are really on there game! speed of getting the parts to the other side of the planet, communication, parts fitted perfectly an solved the problem, and the price better than any thing else out there, very happy camper, would def recommend for their excellent service
