Nice and easy site to use, Brilliant places to stay, we stayed at the back of a few pub in colshot, only cost £10 for electric hook up, food in pub was great value for money and tast amazing, would definitely recommend to anyone who has a campervans or Motorhome

We love Brit Stops use it all the time. Lots of interesting places to stay over night in your camper. Farm shops my favourite. We have stayed at places we never knew existed. Feels safe.
The app is up to date and hosts are increasing and new ones added. Has reviews on each site too.

BritStops is a fantastic concept. We‘ve been Members for a few years now and take advantage of the stopovers on offer every trip we make. Not only is the App & communication top notch, the sites we‘ve stopped at have been excellent, never a bad location. We‘ve met some lovely people, been received with respect and kindness, enjoyed some great nights, food & drink and we‘ve had amazing experiences.

All of the pubs i have visited so far have been very welcoming and happy to have us. Such a brilliant idea and has widened our motorhoming horizons.

Have used Britstops a lot over the last few years. A great way to find some lovely small rural pubs - many of them community run, or rescued by the community and now handed over to tenants.
App is easy to use and information is clear. Good way to break a journey and plenty of coverage across the UK.

I can recommend Britstop, but there are also problems with some places requiring you to eat on site in order to stay overnight.

We have been using Britstops for about 4-5 years and found it to be great, never had any problems. The app is great as you can see where the hosts are etc.
Would recommend and have recommend Britstops.

Brilliant idea.
Caravan club etc, even CLs, are pricing themselves out of the market.
Instead of spending £25 and more a night to park on a patch of grass, put it towards having your tea made and presented in a comfortable and friendly environment.
We've used many Britstops with only very occasional disappointment.
Grand idea.

This is a godsend when we are out traveling in our motorhome. We love the freedom of the open road and Brit Stops gives us so many choices.

Britstops has changed our campervanning. With hosts offering such a welcome, we are able to travel further, more frequently, point-to-point, without the considerable costs of camp sites restricting us. It also means we have money left to spend with hosts and within their local economy. Thank you, Brit Stops!

Britstops. Might aswell be called pub stops. Whi needs a subscription service to tell you where a pub is.

Sad that its just a list of pubs. Most advertiser incorrect facilities, grey water, fresh water , book in advance.

Then you call ahead and its none of the above and please do just park in the normal car park.

Oh yeah, who wants to park a motorhome in a pub car park?? Cars in and out all day long. Car dings all day.

To advertise as a motorhome friendly pub at least have a separate space for overnight stays.

I have used this since 2013.Used to enjoy it.
Since the new owners have taken over it has gone rapidly downhill. I couldn't understand why they stopped the book then increased the subscription. I managed to get a reduction the first few years after the increase by saying I thought it was too expensive. I have been offered a cheaper price this year, but I don't think it's worth bothering with.
There are a lot of so called aires on the site now which make a charge. The original idea was free parking, in return we would buy something from the shop.
The star rating I have given is taking into account the fact that it used to be a very good service.
I have been disappointed with it since the new owners took over.
It is possible to cancel your subscription and remain a member until the subscription runs out. I did it.Also you could let your bank know in advance that you wish to stop.

Robbers - auto renew your account, take the money and then only allow you to turn auto renew off by canceling your account and losing all your money!! Hideous!!

New to this lifestyle and the biggest mistake up to now is paying £35 for Britstops app.
Been on 20 trips and everytime tried Britstops for a stopover place and they are all miles away from anywhere. Loads of free groups work much better.

Do not join. I paid £34 and can not access the site. It says access denied. I think this is a con

Joined a year ago but never used it. When you go to the cancel page, it just comes up blank; there is no way to cancel, and it is set to auto-renew, so I had to cancel the payment card.

Yes, it’s a scam folks. After your first year there is no way to cancel your membership and they are not contactable. They will attempt to take your money again. Only way out is to contact your bank.

This site is a con and it is impossible to contact them and cancel your subscription.
