This item was a problem to fit . You don’t explain this information in your fixing instructions. You say only takes 5 minutes took me 4hrs to get it wright. Worth it in the end.

Called to say there had been an issue but it would be delivered today or tomorrow.
Great company and hopefully the box will help with our postal issues.

I don’t often write reviews, but felt they went above and beyond and my experience with the company and the product were great. They phoned to double check I hadn’t missed something on my order (not in a pushy way to try and sell something extra; a genuine good customer care way), and then the delivery was smooth and easy. The delivery box is fab - really sturdy and secure. I’m so pleased I was recommended Brize Box and chose them over their competitors

I installed my Brizebox about 18months ago, and I have the large unit. I installed it in a wall with the fitting kit and set it up so I could collect on the inside of the wall. It was all pretty straighfordward.

I like it as do a lot of the couriers/posties.

You haven't sent me anything yet, and I ordered keys 10 days ago

A well made product & quick & efficient delivery

As well as not missing a delivery, there are no interruptions when working from home.

Surprised how many parcels the box stores.

Ordered a black large brize box and frame. Unfortunately no black frames for 3 months so got a grey frame and had to paint black, but otherwise great service.
Bought these before for a job in the lakes. Definitely recommend

Expensive for the quality, especially door latch v hard to align and flimsy

Parcel box well thought out, well made, good value product. Cut 400mm off post, weld base plate for mounting onto concrete.

Very helpful and prompt delivery. Needed a new lock as original had been damaged, thought I'd need to buy a new door but a quick phone call to the company and was told I could buy the lock separately, job done.

great thing to have and great to keep your post and parcels safe from being stolen or getting wet . my only issue is that it's a pain to get up on the wall but worth the effort .

Great post & parcel box. Would have liked the option to remove the logo as it is quite contrasting with the colour, or for the logo to be smaller or in a darker colour. Totally understand why it is as it is though
