Excellent Service, my Brizebox arrived by courier the next day! Still haven't actually put it in as I am waiting for the bricks to arrive! But it looks good and once it is in I can send you a photo.

Came when they said, well packed and quite robust.

The Brizebox is great and I’ve installed it myself quite easily. It’s much better than the little postbox I had before.

It would have been useful to know the size of the fixings prior to installation so I could make sure I had the right sized masonry drill bit.

Great service

This parcel box really works (unlike another brand I tried). Its well constructed with a decent lock (that is important if its going to last). Simple and fast for delivery people to use (they appreciate that). I also like having a slot for letters, so they can just be pushed through.

Excellent service and product good quality

Good product, delivered on time but I think a pre drilled fixing method for the box to the architrave would be a good thing.
And maybe some sort of indicator to tell you there is a package to remove. In my installation the box is 200 metres from the house and whilst I drive past it several times each day I don’t want to keep checking an empty box.

Very good prompt service. The large free standing parcel box is brilliant if you have dogs s no one needs to come onto the property!

Excellent quality product. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was that it was difficult to fit to a wooden fence post due to the rear holes not being easily accessible as they are located behind the sliding drawer. I managed it in the end and itnis now fine but it took a while.

Good product, it just would have been helpful to get some notification of delivery. It arrived very quickly but we had no idea it had been dispatched and were lucky to have been in to receive it!

Well made , fast delivery

Great product! Enjoying every bit of it. The installation instruction is simple and clear.

However, the actual installation is not that easy. Holes on the back of the box are difficult to be perfectly lined up with holes drilled on the wall. As a result, inserting bolts into holes is challenging, which needs to involve a hamper and lots of gangings. After communicating with other BrizeBox users, I learn that this is a common problem. The box isn't flush with the wall. :(

Excellent service. This is our second purchase as we are moving. Our delivery guys have said this box is the best design they have come across. Highly recommended.

Pre and post purchase advice given was excellent. Product arrived within days of purchase.
Able to change main door for retrieving post from front to the rear- very versatile.
Box about to be installed so can't yet comment on its performance. It looks very well made and waterproof.

V prompt and good delivery. Well packed. Installation not as easy as video makes it look and we couldn’t get it to go tightly against the wall but solved the problem when we discovered the holes in the base. Actual mail delivery mechanism works well. Hopefully the waterproofing will make this box last longer than the other make we had previously. Have fitted the sensor recommended in video and it works well.
The niggles with the design - if the top drawer could be removed for installation and the lock is very low down if box is standing on ground - difficult to get down there to open if you are elderly. We would pay extra for a personalisation service. Our home made attempts haven’t been entirely successful so far.

Really pleased with both the product and service from Brizebox. A great addition to our home.
