The knit on some sweaters are quite tight knitted and it makes them thicker and firm while others are looser and soft and that is not detected on the site when ordering. Body on the sweaters are box shaped or square with no contours to compliment the figure. The white sweater with lace sleeves should have been a finer yarn to compliment the beautiful lace. You have great designs and styles not found in local stores but material needs improving. Took 2 months till parcel arrived but not your fault that is on the mail service.

I recently ordered and received three tops and I love them all! The fit and fabric on all three are great!

I received 3 tops which for perfectly and were delivered in a timely period!

Ordered a top which took 21 days to arrive, but as being shipped from the USA to UK I decided to accept the delay. However the garment was received in a terrible condition. Marks across the front and it seemed “ dusty” like it had been laying around somewhere dirty. The clear plastic bag it was wrapped in was badly torn although the outside plastic wrapping that it was shipped in was fine, indicating that it must have left their depot in a damaged state. As I wanted to keep the item and couldn’t be bothered to go through the rigmarole and cost of returning etc - I washed it. It has sort of rectified the problem ( I think it will need a couple of washes) and I have notified them of this. The response was “ what can we do to make you happy” Well, a refund would be a nice gesture but I would have to return it and I really like it but it is damaged goods.

I love this top, easy to wear it casual,or dressy. Fits very nice & id try somethings else from them again. My only criticism is there are no washing instructions included and I would very much like to have that information on the top.

The top arrived in good condition, material was not what I had expected but the top is still nice on.
