Very Reliable

Absolutely love this site, where I get my "sucky sweets" every month (okay fortnight lol!). Postage has always been very fast and reliable. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to broaden their taste horizons, there's some cool stuff on there!

Terrible and upsetting

Terrible and upsetting

I placed my order after searching for more vegan flavoured sugar free jellies and was please to find this place so I placed my order which was not delivered offered refund and or replacement which the replacement I opted for
No delivery again!!! How incredibly disappointing and upsetting I reached out this time to be accused of lying now completely ignorant and rude so I still do not have the so wanted jellies I’m so sad and wished I never bothered 😕
Avoid to have the same upset and disappointment and of course insults

I don't think they're genuine Hersheys Kisses?!

I ordered their Hersheys Kisses on Amazon as Amazon had run out of the Family Pack that I often buy...

But seriously, these ones taste different! I'm very tempted to say these are not genuine Hersheys Kisses?!?

Fraudulent advertising and rude customer service.

Ordered 6x320g jars of Chutney for £24.99 (£13.01 kg), and received 6x230g instead.

Contacted the shop to highlight the error, and was offered a 20% "goodwill" reduction, bringing the price to £19.99 (£14.49kg), despite 6x230g being advertised as £19.70 on their own web store.

Pointed out they were not matching advertised price for the cost per KG ordered, let alone the cost advertised for the size received.

Rather than coming to an amicable solution, Reign was incredibly rude, and smarmy in their responses and after I highlighted I just wanted the price adjusted to £17.95 for the correct price per KG, they refused and insisted I return the product if I was not happy.

Not only being incredibly rude in their approach to the situation, but subsequently refusing to assist in sending a QR code for postage, once informing them I did not own a printer; the first time I have ever been told it is not possible for this when returning a product.

It would've been much easier had Reign actually understood what a goodwill gesture entails. Reign was not only against honouring the price per KG of what was ordered, but was wanting to charge a 29p surcharge on the price advertised for the product weight I received; thus, penalising me for their own mistake.

I strongly recommend people check size of products sent, because they are falsely advertising price & not rectifying their errors when highlighted. I have seen on a few other reviews, this is an ongoing issue. It is dishonest and fraudulent behaviour.

Reign, I note from previous reviews you should probably work on your approach to customer service. Do better.

Broadway candy is in my opinion a very dishonest company. After 10 days my order had not arrived. The company refused to give me a refund.
Eventually after I threatened to open a dispute with paypal they refunded me half of my money. Despite my contacting them several times asking them why ?
A shady company using an even shadier delivery service.I have written this off as a bad experience. void.

Truly shocking avoid like the plague

I placed a order through their website for 4 items.I heard nothing then a few weeks later I tried to contact the company by phone which was impossible. I eventually got hold of Reign who apparently was customer service by email but her out of office was pretty on the whole time. When she eventually managed to communicate she asked me for an order number, I received no information, confirmation of my order so directed her to my bank statement with the transaction clearly showing up.I again heard nothing & after a few more out of office notification I finally received an email saying she was going to speak to her management & comeback to me. Not surprisingly I heard nothing from Reign. I Then sent 2 more emails both were met by an out office. 3 days ago she sent an email saying they would issue a refund, no apology or clarification on what transpired. 3 days later I have still received no refund. I have had to spend an hour on the phone to HSBC to explain this nonsense & they have issued the refund

Broadway Candy a disaster to deal with AVOID!!

Broadway Candy a disaster to deal with / avoid at all costs. Placed an order with them via Amazon July 14th 2025. Spent the next month chasing up the order which arrived in Ireland only to be shipped back to UK because Broadway Candy screwed up the Customs Declaration. Company allegedly tried 3 times to ship my order / unfortunately never arrived. After a full month of endless messages back + forth Company issued a refund that I specifically had NOT requested - had asked them to please ship my order as requested. Absolute disaster of a Company to deal with AVOID!! Oh yeah, the icing on the cake - they began their generic reply to my 15th message with a cheery "Hi Larry" - my name is Patrick. Was probably dealing with a bot all along.

Having used Broadway Candy a good few times I have really nothing negative to say only positive, recently had to contact them about an order problem (not their fault) and they were right on it no arguments, no quibbles😉
Selection, prices, delivery, customer service is all good and will continue ordering from them

Stale Food and Expired Dates

Second time purchasing from this company, this time though the crackers I purchased were out of date by a month, nothing on their website mentioned this or I wouldn't have bought them. Have tried emailing them numerous times and no response. Won't be recommending them to friends or family and certainly won't be buying from them again.

Product Expired By 6 Months!

First and last time I’ll order from this company.Sent me an item that was over 6 months past the expiry date.Judging by the other 1 Star reviews,they either don’t check the dates,or send it anyway hoping you won’t notice.

Expiry date problem

I recently ordered as part of a larger order some very nearly expired pretzel pieces, they were advertised as expiring on the 03/04/25 ( I've had expired pretzels before and knew what I was doing ) at a discount price.
I ordered them on the 2/4/25 and received them on the 4/4/25 so good service , however the pretzels were dated expiring 15/3/25 so not the date stated but nearly 3 weeks earlier !
I complained to the company who insisted that they had correctly advertised the expiry date which according to my receipt they had not .
This went back and forth for around a dozen emails as they didn't seem to grasp the problem.
At one point I was offered a 50%refund on my order and at another I received a prepaid return form when all I wanted was the right dated items ...
I have since been promised a refund for the pretzels but no replacement .
As said before It's taken over a dozen emails to arrive at this point which could have been avoided if the correct items had been sent originally.
Customer service seems in my opinion rather haphazard and hard to deal with.

Avoid! They won't refund missing orders!

I made an order with Broadway Candy through their TikTok shop. I never recieved the items. I was given tracking information that showed the items were delivered to someone else with a photo of a front door that is not mine.

I requested a refund & explained that I had not received my items which was declined immediately. I tried this once more for it to be declined again.

So Broadway Candy think it's ok for me to lose the money and the items? Very poor customer service. If you read the reviews below mine I'm not the only one that's had issues.

I eventually got my money back through the bank. So beware of Broadway Candy once they send the items they do not care where it ends up or who loses out.
