Won 7500 before Christmas.

Not paying. Stalling. Not just trying to comply themselves as they like to tell you as everything provided complies fully and should have ended it.

Was allowed to make 60 deposits totalling 2000 no problem no identification or source of funds. Immediately after withdrawal this nightmare began.

Abusing KYC. Provided everything statements, identification, proved source of funds. Still not happy. Vague unhelpful will not tell you what exactly they need from you so they can keep changing it.

The company should be investigated. Rogue network.

Hello Brodie here moon bingo you will no who I am player mxi! Over a week and half of these jokers not paying me my money £1035 to be exact !!! First approved then decided to ask for some verification did In fact did this for over a week and half and still doing so and they come up with a different excuse every day not to pay out ! This happened a week and half ago they have every piece of evidence needed but refuse to pay out the funds. They twist manipulate and come up with crap reasons not to pay! They are scammers all of them still emailing them now to which I get the same response or no response at all avoid at all costs not a genuine site to do this to people !!

Broadway Gaming is a total scam. I joined for their "free" bingo games, deposited the required £10 on multiple sister sites as per their rules, played fairly, and requested small withdrawals—only for them to lock my accounts. I did not take advantage of offers, I just played their free bingo games and depostited every14 days to take part.

Bad service in world because pay you out 110 because not verify and then real take the piss out you because when talk live chat said we cant help you because different team

I would give them Zero if I could.Happy to take your money but as soon as I withdrew £20 in winnings they locked my account pending a security review. After sending all sorts of personal information they permanently blocked me from ever opening another account with any Broadway Gaming site. Kept my £11 balance too. Thieves.

I joined amber spins which is owned by these. Everything was fine when I was depositing money then I won just over £2000 on the 21/9/24. Then said I need to verify to get my withdrawal. So I sent over my documents and I could still deposit and play. They said I would get my answer in 1-3 working days so I waited. When back on after 3 days and my account had been closed so I could not get on live chat have sent 100s of emails with no reply. It has been 2 weeks now and still nothing. They owe loads of sites and rip everyone off. I have e mailed all the bosses of there and still nothing. They should not be able to get away with this. I have ant complaint to gaming commission. Gambling commission will not get involved although these companies do not operate in a fair way with its customers.
I would say boycott sites that state owned by grand battery holdings Ltd or Broadway gaming unless you wish to spend spend and get nothing back.
If your too lucky and make to many withdrawals they block your account without notice and your told via live help chat its because you need to provide ID documents. You do this and then get the reply of ID not passed but no valid reason of the issue why and account closed.
Unfair site's that should be shut down as not operating correctly infact you could say fraudsters and con artists that do not offer fair gaming!
They also claim they can keep your data info & ID documents for 6yrs and share with 3rd parties if required, which I don't think they can?

Please read. If anyone is thinking of signing up then DO NOT BOTHER. I am nearly 2 weeks into my account being blocked when I tried a legitimate withdrawal. They ask for ID which is understandable, but then it starts. Bank statements, utility bills, ID then a picture of me holding ID, then an email saying it’s all been saved to my account yet it’s still blocked!!!! They take days and days to respond and don’t actually tell you what is happening next. Honestly, save yourself the mental trauma. I have contacted numerous authorities and am still battling.

Have nearly £4000 worth of withdrawals pending that they are not paying out. First wanted me to send id and proof of address, which was fine as part of terms and conditions , then after delay wanted birth certificate which was supplied, another DELAY then wanted selfie of me with birth certificate (just proving delaying tactics as should have asked for that when first asked for birth certificate). More DELAYS because department don't seem to work weekends. Monday LIVE CHAT says NO UPDATES available you WILL just have to WAIT they will be in touch via email but no time line, then closed chat before could REPLY.
CAN'T WAIT to see what reason they come up with this time. Will write again once have a reply

As the title says' Avoid folks' this company are only too happy to allow you to deposit with no questions asked but should you have the audacity to win they become very attached to your money' you try to withdraw and the verification process begins but it never ends' no matter what you send its never enough they always want something else. I've gone through the verification process with severel gambling sites but these are beyond the pale' they're obviously hoping that you lose the will and allow them to keep your money. PLEASE USE ANOTHER COMPANY!!!

I clicked on a link through ICELAND FOODS mistakenly thinking it was a free game on their page. I WAS WRONG. when I realised I asked them to remove my data and they refused. Apparently they have to store it for 6 years. SIX YEARS of using my data to no doubt sell it to other companies and create even more spam to other criminal companies who prey on others. I'm totally disgusted and also with ICELAND FOODS who should not be affiliated with this company. I will be buying no more from ICELAND.

My name is MR H and I opened an account with moon bingo last week . I registered my correct details and then was able to deposit.
I played for a while and deposited again and again. Eventually I won some money back and withdrew £2500 once I had done this I was then asked to verify more details which I sent over straight away , driving license, bank statement last 3 mths. After I had done this I called the customer care team and asked if they had received all the information they needed and they said yes and everything was being processed. So I continued to play on this site . And was still able to deposit. Following day I called the customer service team again and asked if everything had now been verified. Which they then sent me a email saying account fully verified no more information needed and they was then able to look at the withdrawal of what I won. So I continue to play on this site and spend a total of £1895 and won £3600 approximately. So I was waiting now on an amount of £2500, £600, £500. I called the customer team again as this is a lot of money and was waiting for this to come back to my account. There responded, the money is on its way it’s just going through approval and will be in your account in the next 3 days , so I replied no problem thanks for your help. About 2 hours after this phone call I get a email stating I will only get back the money I deposited and no winnings . I was gob smacked and called the customer team up . The email stated I’ve had another account along the lines with a sister company which I didn’t know was part of moon bingo as normally if you can’t open an account it stop you when you enter email details. . So further to my conversation with the customer care team they just kept saying because I’ve had a account with a sister company of yours they will not pay me any winnings . You will only pay me back any deposit I’ve made. So my other question also is if I hadn’t won anything would I still of got the deposit back. I want to know when I self excluded from one of your sites dates please and any other of your sites I may of had an account with. I didn’t know I couldn’t play on the moon bingo site others wise I wouldn’t off. It’s not my fault you allowed me to deposit taking my money and then verify my account to still continue playing. Earlier in the year I went through quite a lot of bingo sites to try promotions. I made an extensive spreadsheet. I have revisited it. They have banned half of my login's because they have half of the gambling sites. My husband has been playing with this company on a couple of their sites for months mostly losing or breaking even. For the first time he had a few wins recently and the company immediately suspended his accounts. One site called Jazzy Spins did this with no explanation and this remains the case after weeks. The other site, Chit chat I think it is called, asked for all sorts of documentation, which my husband provided but they have continued to send the same email FIVE times with the same request. So it is ok to lost with these but don't dare win anything.
