I recently bought a bag which was really nice and very good quality. It was advertised as white but when it came it was cream and didn't match my wedding shoes so I had to return it. I'm giving a 5 star review because B&B were really quick to respond to my queries and to email me return instructions. I would definitely use them again, but would hope that the colour is nearer to the advertised colour.

Your communication and immediate action was much appreciated.

I received my beautiful Rainbow bag very quickly. I am thrilled with the quality and the price of the bag is so reasonable. Will definitely shop with Broke & Beautiful again.

I have to say if I don't love this website I will be lying. I found the most beautiful bags and the quality is great. I had dealings with customer service and they are the absolute best ever. Transparency is beautiful. As long as they are open for business they have a loyal customer.

After seeing a rainbow sparkle bag on Lorraine, I try to purchased from this company who I wasn't familiar with. Unfortunately the bag was out of stock as others also saw it advertise on tv. The customer service was excellent, with the lady sending prompt and detailed emails providing my options. I purchased a similar bag to the one I originally wanted and it arrived this morning. It's absolutely stunning and I would highly recomend this business. Very impressed.

I don't usually write reviews but this time I feel like it's a must!! I order a bag for my holidays for next day delivery but since it was a sunday I knew I would be receiving it on tuesday and wasn't too worried as my flight was booked for wednesday evening, but Royal Mail had a problem with the system, meaning they didn't deliver my bag on tuesday and I couldn't even track my order!!!! I emailed B and B's customer service and I was surprised at how lovely and professional they were and even though there wasn't much they could do since my item was already with Royal Mail they kept me informed at all times about my order and offer to refund me the shipment fee.
I was lucky enough to receive my bag on Wednesday morning just on time for my Holidays.
