My 21 March purchase of Vital 3 didn’t arrive. I need this product for my general flexibility and to ensure that my joints don’t swell. I contacted the company and they reshipped my product. Then today, my original order turned up as well. I respect this company for its efforts during Covid 19 to ensure that they met customer obligations. Now I’m just waiting to find out how do I pay for the extra shipment!

Wrong product received, Zero response from Customer Service
On 28th May I placed an order for 5 x Ultra Strength Capsaicin Pain Relieving Soothe Cream - 4 oz
On 29th June, a delivery containing 6 boxes of Vital3 Joint Solution arrived along with a 2oz tube of what I ordered.
3 Attempts at emailing Customer Service have now been ignored. Unhappy!

help in the time of COVID-19
I usually order on line but it seemed all the vitamin E was out of stock, So sometimes it's nice to just talk to someone and see what's up. During this pandemic there was a run on Zinc, Vitamin E and C. The agent was able to process an order so I was in line when Bronson was resupplied. The human touch, so underrated these days. The resupply happened within 2 weeks and shipped free. Thank You again Bronson Agent ( I'll call her Agent Deluxe).

Vital 3 is excellent!
Vital 3 is excellent!! Have been using it as I have pain in my knee joints and it has been a major relief for years. It is expensive and a few years back I stopped using it because of the cost but the pain returned so I decided to sacrifice something else equivalent to the cost and I haven't regretted that for one moment. My only wish is, that as it is collagen product, it also worked just as well for the skin - now that would be a revelation!!! :-D
