Failure to communicate
I recently had concerns regarding disclosure on one of your products. I have sent in a quarry on this concern, and as in past issues, no one returns any notice of the issue or any positive communication on this or other contacts. This does not leave me with a "warm fuzzy" regarding Bronson. Referential power has to be earned, and is easily lost. Bronson is working on loosing this positive position. I am certain I can find another source of my vitamins from a company that chooses to work with their customers. Balls in your court.
