Ordered brooks shoes 2 months ago and never received them.
No response from support.

Same as other customers. Received a cheap $2 necklace. Australia Post said this is a common occurrence with this company. Because you get a delivery they can say that the item was delivered even though it is nothing like a pair of shoes!!! Paid by credit card and the bank is repaying me.

Suffer from plantar fasciitis so needed the Brooks shoes, can't afford the ones here in NZ so thought this outlet would be a good way to get some. Some $5 knock-off sunglasses arrived instead of two pairs of shoes. Can't afford the real my ones for another few months now.

Do not buy from this company, purchased 2 x Brooks shoes, a cap was sent, contacted support they offered 30% back, then 40% and then 50%, I am tired of these clowns and will go for a charge back. Stay away.

I Think I've been scammed too, on the 21st July I Purchased a pair of shoes online at the outlet store and they still haven't arrived, No one has responded to me.

Scam site. My mother ordered a pair of runners and received a cheap cap. Stay away!!

SCAM WEBSITE! Why can't I put zero stars?! Looks identical to Brooks site offering older models at low prices. It appeared that my order was not processed, but just had to work with the bank to clear (4) fraudulent charges for power companies in Texas.

Scammed by these clowns for 98 bucks.how do I get refund from Paypal?

I purchased a pair of shoes at the beginning of november off this scam website. 71€ i paid over. Initially i received a confirmation email telling me i had in fact paid for different runners than i had selected on the site.
The funny thing here was that when i emailed them about this they responded straightaway saying they would rectify.
Anyway 6weeks on and no runners . Ive emailed them many times for updates. For some reason they keep up the charade (why- they made their money) saying the order is delayed at shipment. Eventually they tell you your order is lost and will refund you 40%.
Still find it quite odd they continue to email me back. That being said its 100% a fraudulent site and are scamming people. If the price is too good to be true- its too good to be true. ÀVOID

This is a non existent company. I paid €88 for a pair of runners. Never arrived. Then they said they are lost. Then they offered me 40% of MY MONEY back. They will not refund me. They are making an absolute fortune off people.

I purchased a much needed pair of running shoes from what I believed was a legitimate company Brooks Outlet Ireland for €82.29 on 7/11/22 & as I have not received them or have no responses to my messages I believe I have been scammed. I’m furious as I suffer badly from plantar fasciitis & really need these running shoes. I wonder is there any comeback from this? Anyone else scammed please advise. Thank you.

Fraudulent company Do not buy from this company

This company is a scam. I ordered a pair of shoes for 69.00 on sept 1, thinking they are part of brooks shoes. I never received any info like order number. The other name of company Texas Peak Pty LTD 30 tullamarine park rd..I paid with PayPal and payment was sent to xiangyun Zhang. I went through the email I was sent jintian999@hotmail. After over a month, no shoes, I contacted PayPal and filed a claim. PayPal was given a tracking number where the shoes were sent to me 5 days after my order. After contacting USPS with tracking number, I was advised by my local PO they were sent to an address not even close to where I live. PO couldn’t tell me where, but definitely said they sure wouldn’t be an address mistake. I was scammed. PayPal gave me my money back. Do Not do business with this company!!

This website disguises itself as an American running shoe outlet. I placed an order 7 weeks ago for a pair of trainers, however my payment was declined twice so I purchased the trainers elsewhere. However I then recieved an order confirmation from them and my bank account was deducted £71 - the communication was all from China with the amount billed in Chinese currency. I contacted them to say I wanted to cancel the order which they did, however, I have never received a refund despite contacting them on many multiple occasions. This leads me to believe this is NOT a legitimate business and I would urge anyone to avoid it and not to do what I have foolishly done - DO NOT buy anything from here.
