Ordered 200€ of shrimps and plants (order 70227), some shrimps arrived dead and some plants were dried up. Support keeps trying to get me a coupon but refuses to refund the 25€ worth of losses and they can't seem to care that it's agaisnt EU laws
They do not sent the orderd ammount and out of that most arrived died. I contacted them to resolve the matter but they imagine 10 more shrimp on the picture wich clearly shows 12 and 3 dead not 22 total... They do not reply after that
Ican highly recommend anyone considering to buy elsewhere!
