I’ve had the pleasure of living in one of their properties for the past 6 years, and the experience has been exceptional from the start. The level of professionalism, clear communication, and attention to detail truly sets them apart. The home has been thoughtfully maintained, and on the rare occasion something has needed attention, it has been handled promptly and seamlessly. It’s evident they take great pride in both their properties and the experience they provide to their tenants. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a well-managed, high-quality rental experience.

Our experience was extraordinarily difficult as we were purchasing a house through Brown and Co. The problem was out of the hands of the team in Lincoln as we ran into difficulties with our own house purchasers who withdrew on the day of exchange and the vendors found an alternative purchaser. However throughout the whole process our contact Zoe, was extremely competent, considerate and helpful. She kept us in touch and found the correct way through the problems of the breakdown in sale and even when it looked like we were going to loose the house she was still very empathetic to us and our circumstances. We always felt that she had our best interests at heart and she understood how difficult this process can be. Zoe is a contradiction to the oft held view of Estate Agents 'that they are not considerate to the needs of purchasers and vendors'. Her approach is extremely professional, very sympathetic and considerate beyond all expectations.

Chris and the team provided me with excellent service throughout the whole selling process. They were friendly, efficient and knew the market very well. Even when my initial sale fell through they were straight back into the sales process without hesitation.
Chris and the team are incredibly knowledgable, they call when they say they will, they arrive punctually and they provide you with prompt feedback. Fantastic service, they won't let you down.

From our first meeting with Chris my sister and I found him to be friendly and professional and felt he had the clients interest at heart. The sale went through smoothly and Chris was always available to offer advice or answer any queries that we had. I would not hesitate to use/recommend him in the future.

Both Chris and Christeen were great throughout my house sale journey. Chris came out initially and talked me though the whole process. There was never any pressure and the knowledge of the team is second to none. The advice they give you along the way is amazing and totally invaluable.
