First class
Great website with lots to choose from. The ordering process was easy to use. We ordered 5 Jade corporate awards and requested a preview. Our order was very quickly followed up with a phone call to say the preview was ready for our approval. We had requested a fast track order as we needed the awards quickly and we are based in the North of Scotland. The items arrived on schedule, they were very well packaged, and we were kept informed all along the process. The recipients received their awards and were blown away by the quality and beautiful engraving. A big thank you to your team for providing such an excellent, professional service and for making our event sparkle.

Reply from Brunel Engraving
Dear Martin,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review although I am disappointed to read your comments.
We sell hundreds of the Brass Effect Discs on a monthly basis. They are usually well received as a cost-effective alternative to solid brass. I have been unable to find any correspondence from you stating your dissatisfaction with the order you had received, had you contacted us we may have been able to offer a solution/ alternative product.
Please contact our customer service department on info@brunelengraving.co.uk if you require further assistance.
Kind Regards

Exceptional Craftsmanship and Outstanding Service – Highly Recommended!
I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Brunel Engraving for the outstanding work they carried out on a custom plaque that I presented to a team I worked with.
From the initial enquiry through to the final product, the service was professional, efficient, and of the highest quality. The attention to detail, craftsmanship, and care taken to bring my design to life exceeded my expectations. Packaging was brilliant 👏.
The plaque was created as a token of appreciation for the Wigan West Adult Social Services Team, and the finished product perfectly captured the message we wanted to convey. The engraving was beautifully presented, the quality was exceptional, and the final piece looked elegant and professional.
Most importantly, the West Team absolutely loved it. It received wonderful feedback from everyone who saw it and has become a meaningful symbol of appreciation and recognition for the team's hard work, dedication, and support.
Thank you to the entire team at Brunel Engraving for your excellent customer service, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering a high-quality product. I would highly recommend Brunel Engraving to anyone looking for professional engraving services and personalised recognition🥰
