Don’t buy anything from this site-in my experience it is fraudulent and should not be associated with Trustpilot! I am giving 1 star only because 0 star is not possible. I have waited over 2 months for delivery. According to the tracking facility on the courier website, DB Schenker, I should have had delivery 3 days ago (after a two month wait since placing the order). I am still waiting for an answer as to when I can expect my order -both from Brycus and DB Schenker.The Brycus site has a few methods to contact for help including an email address and telephone numbers. Nobody answers my emais and the telephone numbers do not exist. I had the same experience with the DB Schenker site. Nobody answers my query. I have wasted two whole days in trying to resolve the issue. At this stage I am prepared to cancel the order. However I am not sure if I am wasting my time in trying to get a refund. I challenge the support team to answer this review and stop ignoring my complaint. I also recommend Trustpilot dissociates itself from this company!

Absolute RIP OFF COMPANY.
DO NOT order anything from this company. They took €2500 from me for a shed. Gave me a delivery date, then on the day of delivery emailed that it was going to be a late delivery. 2 weeks went by nothing. Then they started sending tracking emails. I watched my shed moving from Spain to Portugal, then to a local delivery depot, then low and behold, I get an email saying the sheds been damaged and they won’t deliver it….BS.
I’m beginning to believe that the shed doesn’t exist and they’ve sent fake tracking emails to me to gain more time. To add insult to injury, they’ve offered a choice of waiting six weeks or a credit note instead of a FULL refund. Like I’d EVER use this BS company for anything EVER again! Read the reviews. I’m not the only person they’ve ripped off. There are literally 1000s.
