AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
I bought two items and they took so long to arrive I had bought elsewhere (they were a gift). I paid to return them and they haven't acknowledged the return or refunded me. They NEVER answer the phone. I have made approximately 60-70 calls to resolve this and they answered ONCE. I have sent 12+ emails but I got one reply asking for photos(?!) The 'Contact Us' page is ignored - I have sent about 20 messages through that and had no reply at all.
I have had to report them to my bank to claim my money back. My advice is to stay away. The bank says if they don't refund me in 14 days their website will be flagged as fraudulent so hopefully that stops others being duped too.
ps They have now 'left' Amazon - I suspect it's because they were thrown off.
