No communication

Sent them 3 separate messages, not a single one has earned a response. It's been two and a half weeks since i ordered and received an email receipt with no updates since. I don't mind that I haven't received my order yet, but I do mind being ignored.

Funnily enough trustpilot here has an option to "let bst-moto know" and trustpilot will email them, at the same email address I've already emailed and it's been ignored, not sure this will be any different.
