Honestly ideal if you're just starting out. received a couple of bonus right after i signing up and used them to land my first profitable trade! super smooth interface and really gives a confidence boost early on.

It sucks and was immediately hacked and they will not recover my hackers account even thought I have all of my documents and will not speak to you only through their stupid app that’s stealing from me

The support team isn't always the fastest but always reply, they're clear and actually try to solve the issue instead of giving copy paste answers.

Deposit $50 into this account was going to do the automatic trade with ChatGPT full scam. This is a total scam. They won’t let you pull your money out. What a joke this company is I am furious lost 50 bucks might as well throw it out the window, Buyers beware do not mess with BTCC automated ChatGPT full trading anything this website is a complete scam.

My account at BTCC experienced unauthorized withdrawals $12,779.0 on 02/13 /26 despite 2FA and whitelist protection being enabled, withdrawal address used was unknown and not on my whitelist, despite login device not active, no meaningful response even though BTCC advertise 24/7 customer service.IC3 complaint (FBI)has been submitted ,us investors should carefully review before using offshore perpetual futures platform like BTCC as us resident specially more to follow.

Fees have become more competitive since they slashed fees a few weeks ago. So far it's been a solid platform for me. I'll update when I trade more. Market hasn't been doing so well lately.

An underrated exchange i'd say, especially for newcomers. You'd be surprised to find out BTCC has been around for longer than most exchanges. It came into my radar a few months ago from X. Decent number of pairs, good UI, a lot of promotions. 0% fees are personally my favorite. They might not have a lot of new coins so if you're a gem hunter BTCC might not be for you.

so far I like it. I started with their vouchers and its been great. I got some rewards (not much) but still better than nothing for me as a beginner. Will update more later when I try their copy trading.

Put BTCC in google ai and said the site was not a scam and worked great so I did my luck then deposited 200 dollars in my account then bought solana then I sent 10 dollars worth of solana to another exchange went through verification steps said it sent it then said it wouldn’t go through until I verified my deposit I don’t have the credit card any more and that account is closed and can’t get a hold of support and when I finally did said I need picture of credit card and statement with my account numbers I’m sorry I’m not giving anyone my account numbers so anyone that googles them search here and search google or any search engine and search for. They let you open an account on-chain but then demand you set up 2FA in order to withdraw. Then surprise surprise, the verification codes never arrive and the chatbot tells you to talk to the chatbot.

I used BTCC for futures trading and paid trading fees normally. I accepted losses, liquidations, and trading fees as part of trading.

However, on two separate occasions (2023-12-01 and 2024-01-23), shortly after I attempted to withdraw funds, my withdrawals were cancelled and balance adjustments were applied to my account.

The total disputed amount is 68,639.94 USDT.

I contacted BTCC 8 times and received only 5 responses. Every response stated that the matter was "under review." To date, BTCC has not provided a transaction-level explanation, calculation basis, or specific contractual justification for these balance adjustments.

As a result, the disputed funds remain unrecovered and the matter remains unresolved.

I am not asking for special treatment. I am simply requesting a clear explanation of why these balance adjustments were made, how they were calculated, and on what contractual basis they were applied.

I have submitted a formal complaint to the Bank of Lithuania and am currently awaiting a response.
