Very poor service
Desk which was advertised to take 7 days took 6 weeks. The draw unit which was due to arrive on the same day never did. The delivery men 'forgot to leave it' due to confusion with their paperwork. We were told it would be delivered in a couple of days, but then this changed to a week later. Would not use this company again

Five star service
BT Office sorted out the new chairs for our office. The chairs are excellent and the delivery guys came in and fitted them all and took away all the rubbish.
Much better than the desks I bought from another site where they just turned up and dumped the boxes for us to fit.
