BT Sport app is awful. Experiences of watching UFC the morning after events were live include: BT spoiling the result of fights in their thumbnails (even in their “spoiler free” section), BT cutting off the main event from the end of the stream, and streams often feeezing and the crashing (fibre broadband and brand new Samaung tablet). The better the UFC moves somewhere else - the better.

Been trying to log on to my BT app for 2 months now and still the tech lot can't solve the problem. ID003 keeps coming up. I have changed my account many times. Just going around in circles. Getting stuck between EE and BT.
I have no problem with Sky.

I don't understand how companies with a monopoly on a product (Champions league and Europa league football) get away with such high prices. In other areas of business it is regulated by government when 1 company has too much power.

No other app costs this much. Even more so prime, netflix, disney+ etc all have a serious amount of content.

Bt sport has the odd game with below par commantry and pundetry. The day they got champions league from sky sports was a bad one.

Prices going up in February as well.

It's no wonder everyone streams illegally anyway. Police apparently cracking down on that but would rather take my chances than pay 30 pound a month for effectivly 1 channel.

£25 a month is extortionate and it’s increasing to £30 in February 2023. For the small amount of football shown on there it’s shockingly expensive. I will be cancelling my subscription in February as I won’t be paying those prices.

What exactly is the BT Sport job description for a football co commentator? Has seen a football before, kicked a football before. Obviously not has played at the level they are co commentating on, with an ability to give personal insight into this level of play. Another game ruined, enough is enough.

I use BT sport and for £25 a month their service is shocking . Loading , mischarged , unable to cancel the service, trouble getting into the app .

BT on my TV,s (yes, more than 1) constantly freezes. I have fibre optic cables direct to the house and all other apps like NotTV, Netflix, prime and Disney work brilliantly. I rang them and explained it’s wasn’t the internet speed. I hoped for a solution but they said it must be the internet speed, for goodness sake! I raised a complaint and they closed it without contacting me. Useless and a waste of money.
Update - tried to re- raise the complaint on 08/03/2023, their website allows you to waste your time filling in the online form and then crashes when you try to send it. Please use SKY to watch their product, because it’s worse than useless.

I was double billed by EE and BT for 18 months for a single BT Sports Subscription

Crashes constantly, goes blurry, slows down, won't let you log on to the TV, only PC/mobile and then that doesn't work properly. What are you playing at? £25pm for a rolling contract? Exactly who is going to continue paying this when you provide a garbage service? I know I won't. I'll also be in touch to demand my money back on this month's payment. You can't treat people like this.

Freezes frequently. Blurry more often than not.

All other streaming apps work fine but you know they will try to blame internet speed or WiFi signal if you complain.

BT Sport advertises the Premiere League but only shows one game a week. I only signed up to watch Arsenal games but they barely show any of them. I just spent almost two hours on the phone trying to cancel my subscription but they actually refused!! Apparently I'm locked in for two years. What?? I absolutely didn't agree to that. I've never heard of anything so crooked - sneaking you into a contract without being upfront about it. I feel totally conned and as soon as these thieves let me out of this situation I'll be cancelling all my BT accounts and will suggest everyone I know does the same. False advertising in the content they show and SUPER sketchy behaviour with their contracts.

Unwatchable... Bad and biased commentary is the norm. Adbreak mean you're being hammered with 9 billion woke ads that try to drown you in their rainbow mentality. Horrible programming overall. Watch your football somewhere else....

The commentary of the champions league game is way behind what you are actually viewing.Surely it's not too hard to ensure the commentary and picture are in sync.

Absolute waste of time. So much time faffing around a clunky site eventually paying for the monthly pass to be told to upgrade browser which has no upgrades. And we get BT Broadband. 16 mins hanging on for assistance . Utter faecal matter

App on my smart tv constantly freezes - despite my internet being flawless on all other devices, fully and over 100mbs so is able to cope with demand. Paying £25 a month for a second class streaming service.

Shocking! Psg game never came on the proper Chanel until until 21 minutes into the first half. Treat their customers like rubbish. They ecspext u to watch it on bt sport 5 on a terrible quality channel not in hd like what you pay a fortune for

The reception is rubbish unless your football is on ultimate so won’t be reordering my £25 monthly pass
