Have not received my candles. No email confirmation of the order. No response to my phone calls. Will now be claiming back via my bank.

have since received my order but will not use this company again. Poor service overall, no communication whatsoever ever.

I have just read a review from another customer with the same experience as me. I wish I had read it before buying. :(
I placed a click and collect order and no address came up as of where to collect it from. I have tried to contact them via email and left messages on the phone. So far nothing. It was a gift for my daughters birthday. Definitely would not recommend this company. Appalling service. Dishonest even in the way they take your money and give you no further contact.

Male seller is rude and lying (changing versions all the time to make himself look good) - almost shouted at me, been charged for grippers but not even single one was used, not refunded (probably too greedy), underlay poor quality (one of the cheapest on ebay), it was a mistake buying a carpet from them!!!

Sun damaged off smelling candle. Do not bother buying here

Terrible ‘service’ I placed a click and collect order that I was unable to collect . I contacted them to ask to pay for shipping, they didn’t respond to voicemail or email. They then refunded me weeks after the order was placed and said the goods were ‘lost in transit’

Awful company that takes your payment then you hear nothing no confirmation email or reply’s to any emails regarding your order.

Myself, AND my family have spent 100's of pounds in this shop..
very good loyal customers to this business... even made orders through the pandemic to help them out when I could of got items cheaper on amazon.
I had a stairs carpet fitted by them, on the day they turned up with the WRONG colour and they knew it but they fitted it anyway. It was a good job i liked it or they would of had to rip it all up and refund me. I then gave them the benefit of the doubt and arranged for them to come and fit me some vinyl flooring. Which a few days before I had to cancel due to unfortunate circumstances. I received no reply or even an acknowledgement to my cancelation like any well run business would. Absolutely nothing. And to be quite honest it was a total rip off I later found out when somebody offered the same job nearly half the price.

Anyway... I have been into the shop today to get some wax melts.. as soon as I walked in Andrew (The husband owner) who always has his arms crossed at the front of house sat down 24-7, Jumped right down my neck. He raised his voice at me and asked me where I had been for 6 months!?? He told me he has vinyl I hadn't re booked in his lock up for 6 months waiting for me!? Basically telling me how wrong I am to cancel something. This man does not live in the real world. The shop now has a horrible atmosphere, and He just adds to the horrible vibes. is this man mentally ill ?? Victimising and Bullying long term well paying customers. Very Narcissistic. He accused me of cancelling on the day which I didn't and even if I did, and?? Would you receive this abuse with Carpet right? The flooring companies that have made it big? No you wouldn't.
The shop is a total mess. Yankee Candle in town puts it to shame. He is way over priced to be quite honest and you'd save a lot more money ordering on Amazon.

This Man, Andrew on the front of house has an extremely bad attitude. He is a terrible business man. He acts friendly when your spending money in shop, typical manipulator. His persona, Way of thinking and attitude stinks. Myself, My family and my friends will NEVER spend another penny in this shop. Stay away. Go to Yankee Candle, Amazon etc etc. You'll get treated a lot better. Not sure his shop will stand for much longer and I'm not surprised. disgusted. You have lost so many big well paid orders now from my whole family and friends. Everyone please avoid.
