Made two separate sales enquiries by email and received no response. They insist on having your phone number, which isn't necessary. I entered a dummy number (and told them).

Was their failure to respond a hissy fit resulting from my unwillingness to participate in their data collection exercise or just naked incompetence? I'll never know, because I won't be going back.

You also have to agree to terms and conditions to submit a sales enquiry!

Another company with no judgment when it comes to finding proper IT support. Ordered with them over the years. Now I have to pass the anti-robot test and mess around with pretty pictures only to get told my email address is not recognised.

Why is the world full of IT morons?

customerservice the worst i have experience.. the manage to use 6 weeks in total from sending your item. Which was wrong size, before they instead of sending the right size back.
