This is a FAKE website scam. Do NOT buy from them. Website looks legit but security padlock and certificate is fake. Https: fake too. Don't trust. Address they provide is fake. Google search there address they provide. It's actually a Medical Billing Services, LLC. Fake, Fake, Fake ripoff!!!!.

On 02.21.2011 and on 05.03.2011 ordered receive the product.

used this co. once before with great luck! this time it's been 10 days and nothing...haven't heard a thing ! they said all was in stock! what the hell is up?

Excellent service. Had the batteries I need for my motion picture camera power supply in stock. They were shipped and received within a few days and their prices were very competitive.

I ordered batteries on Feb 2, 2013. Waited 2 months before someone got back to me and informed me to ship to Canada they needed an extra $6. Which I paid them immediately. Now it's June 16, 2013 and I still have not received my batteries! Terrible customer service! Will never do business with this company again!

I lost my battery when I dropped my phone...I checked radioshack's website and the battery was $25. When I went to a radioshack store, all their batteries were $45. The phone cost me $20 so that wasn't happening.

So I googled it and found budget batteries. It was $16 for my battery including shipping. I didn't care if it lasted because it was only a $20 phone.

however, I waited 2 weeks to give the review and the battery works great, holds a charge, and has no sign of being weak. I'm totally happy and I have my phone back! i would definitely recommend to a friend.

Budget Batteries shipped the product fast. Their prices are reasonable. I initially thought the Budget battery I purchased 2 1/2 yrs ago had failed. Upon testing it I find that it is good - and that there must be a problem with the equipment in which it installed.

Every time in the past your service and products, well one could not ask for better. This last order, not so good product wise. I undersand we were dealing with a RadioSack product. The battery specs were right on but had to transfer the connector ends of the batteries (old to new) in-order to use plug them into my phones. No big deal for me, I have the technology. Even still your the go-to battery people

Why buy batteries on the high street ? Great service from this company which has direct links to the manufacturers. ReCyko rechargeables are a whole new and very positive experience.

The batteries are exactly as described and work perfectly. The price was inexpensive as was the shipping. They communicated with me to let me know when the item shipped so I knew when to expect them. A very good buy from a customers point of view.

Horrible site the battery I received that took 2 weeks was dead!!! It wouldn't even hold a charge after I charged it. Customer service Indonesia even know if they have real customer service I have left several messages and emails and no response. After a week of email this problem is still not resolved and I am still just trying to get my money back. These people were a waste of time and money never again will I do business with them!!!

I received the item promptly, however, the item description was a "Streamlight" SL20X battery, leading me to believe I was indeed receiving a Streamlight brand battery. Unfortunately what I received was a generic battery that was labeled "Made in China" and although it fit my light, it was not exactly what I wanted. It will be interesting to see how long this imported clone actually lasts. I should have known that the price was too good to be true. The moral of the story: If you need a cheap battery and you don't care where it was made, then this is the place to get it. If you want USA made quality: Order it somewhere else. A piece of advice to this company: Note the actual brand and country of origin under the product description. There are certainly many people who will buy it anyway and those of us who wouldn't will go elsewhere and not be unhappy customers.

I'm not sure if I'll be satisfied or not, haven't received my battery yet. I find it hard to believe that an item that is in stock cannot get to Massachusetts from anywhere in the country within ten days. I'll do another report when I finally get my battery.

excellent service fast shipping very good company

I have had several experiences with this company. The first few years I bought from them, everything was great. Fast shipping, product purchased was the same as the product shipped. However, the last two times I bought from them, I have had issues. About 6 months ago, the batteries shipped were not the same brand as described when I purchased. Not a big deal, so I didn't worry about it. In my most recent purchase, I am still waiting for my purchase after almost 2 weeks. Based on my last two purchases, I'm considering shopping elsewhere.

I've ordered twice from them and both times my orders have arrived just fine. I have no complaints. The box the 4 batteries i ordered this time was pretty beat up but the batteries seem to be in good condition. I must say though it was probably more luck than how they actually packed the batteries. Their was no packing underneath the batteries just on top of them. Had the carrier dropped them they could have been damaged.

Great price and fast delivery

I've used them twice. Both times the batteries displayed on the web were not the brand of batteries they sent. The second time they sent only half the order and one of the batteries was damaged in shipping. Eventually, they sent the rest of the order and a replacement but it was weeks of emailing back and forth to get the batteries. I tried calling multiple times but, in spite of going through the phone tree and trying different options, no one answered the phone or returned my call.
